You can enjoy family meals around the large living room table, enjoy the well stocked bookcase, or watch the 102-cm TV in the living area...
Make the most of the west-facing veranda overlooking wonderful sunsets in spring.

The fully equipped kitchen features:

Amazing swimming pool

Great house and amazing swimming pool set in a perfect location! Cyrille was very welcoming host giving us tips on what to do and where to eat in and around Roussillon. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful fortnight's stay. Cyrille and Marie-Amelie were very friendly and helpful, and the place was absolutely spotless when we arrived. It's exactly as it is on the photos. The pool gets sun all day long and isn't overlooked at all. It's right in the village so you can easily eat at restaurants on days you don't want to cook. It's a real gem. I'll be recommending it to my friends!

Cyrille war ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zentral gelegen, ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind direkt um die Ecke. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns mit unserer 10 Monate alten Tochter dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Objekt liegt in fußläufiger Nähe zum Ortskern von Roussillon und bietet beste Voraussetzungen für einen entdeckungsreichen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Provence, bzw. dem Luberon. Besonders Bemerkenswert ist die Parkplatzsituation (Stressfrei, im Gegensatz zu den sonstigen Besuchern des Ortes), der großzügige Pool und die gute Lage im Ort. Aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähe zu einem kleinen Supermarkt (7/7 und von 8h bis 20h) und Bäckerei, sowie Lokalitäten ist für die Versorgung bestens gesorgt. Das Objekt selbst verfügt über 2 klimatisierte Schlafräume, Küche mit großzügigem Wohn-Esszimmer, WC und Badezimmer. Eine große Loggia haben wir als kleine Familie gar nicht genutzt, da wir uns überwiegend im Garten mit überdachter Sitzgruppe und Pool aufgehalten haben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter erfolgte über Mail oder WhatsApp in englischer Sprache, was sehr gut funktionierte. Wie wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Eine sehr authentische französische Familie ;-). Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Proprio sympa & appart bien situé

Cyrille, le propriétaire, a été très sympa. Il a fait une heure de route afin de nous accueillir en personne et nous a laissé plusieurs brevages, des grignotines et même une bonne bouteille de vin rosé. L’appartement est charmant et doté d’une cour arrière avec piscine. Il est aussi vraiment bien situé par rapport centre du village. Cependant, nous avons trouvé le lit de la chambre des maîtres vraiment petit.

Excellent séjour à Roussillon chez Cyrille

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Roussillon et dans le Luberon à découvrir les ocres, et les villages perchés à pied et à vélo avec une excursion à Avignon. Et la maison de Cyril, spacieuse et confortable, nous a ravi. À noter la grande qualité de l’accueil de Cyril et sa disponibilité !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Cyrille. L'emplacement est exceptionnel (le village est juste à coté, ainsi que le sentier des ocres). Belle piscine , très agréable. La maison est spacieuse. Ma seule petite critique concerne quelques petits ustensiles de cuisine que je n'ai pas trouvés : épeluche légumes, écumoire. C'est du détail. Très bon accueil avec des produits locaux offerts. A noter également la très bonne réactivité de Cyrille : nous avions signalé un parasol défectueux , il a été changé dans la journée.

Merveilleux séjour dans le Luberon

Le logement a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes : au cœur du Luberon, proche des principaux sites, disponibilité des commerce à pieds, piscine. On ne pouvait pas trouver mieux. Séjour à Roussillon

Très bon séjour en famille à Roussillon chez Cyrille. La maison très fonctionnelle est idéalement située proche de nombreux villages classés plus beaux villages de France. La piscine, atout majeur de la maison, est parfaite pour se rafraîchir pendant les jours de fortes chaleurs. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Zwei tolle Wochen in Roussillon

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal in diesem Objekt und waren wie immer begeistert. Die Lage ist einmalig und die Nähe zur Bäckerei und dem kleinen Supermarkt ist extrem praktisch. W-LAN ist ausgezeichnet und die enthaltene Garage perfekt für Fahrräder. Jederzeit gerne wieder :)

Besser geht es nicht

Wir möchten uns bei Familie Gontier nochmals ganz herzlich für diesen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Ferienhaus bedanken, der uns einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub in der Provence ermöglicht hat. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft auf das herzlichste empfangen und auch mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten als Geschenk überrascht. Auch dafür nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank. Herr Gontier hat uns mit wertvollen Insider-Tipps versorgt und stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wie in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, ist die Sauberkeit des Hauses hervorzuheben, ebenso die Lage. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker liegen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschafft, bis zum Zentrum von Roussillion sowie dem Highlight, den Ockerfelsen „Sentier des Ocres“, ist es auch nicht weiter. Die erwähnten Touristenmassen sind tagsüber durchaus wahrzunehmen, allerdings sollte das nicht überbewertet werden. Obwohl die Wohnung verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen ist, war kein Lärm zu vernehmen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, was wir auch ausführlich getan haben. Allerdings war es jeden Tag aufs Neue nicht ganz so einfach, die Kids vom Pool zu trennen. Wir Erwachsenen haben abends mit Vorliebe bei einem Glas Wein (im Haus zu erwerben) die romantische Sitzecke im Garten genossen. Es war für uns alle ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Hôte très agréable. Emplacement parfait de la maison (tous les sites sont à 30min ou moins) au centre de Roussillon. Sentier des ocres, supérette et boulangerie à moins d'une minute à pieds. Piscine très agréable. Rien à redire !!!

Great house in lovely village

This property offers facilities better than many houses at a much higher price. Nice pool, nice situation, excellent beds and loads of space although the kitchen is small. We advised the owner that a mirror in each of the bedrooms would be a very welcome addition. One complaint is the additional charge for linen and cleaning. As many users would be using low-cost airlines bringing one's own linen is impossible. It would be much better just to increase the rental charge to cover everything. Despite that we had a terrific time in a nice property.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren 2 Wochen hier. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hat sich richtig um uns gekümmert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, alles in der Nähe. Es war sehr warm die erste Woche hier (37 Grad), deshalb genossen wir den Pool.

I am from Carpentras and after a career as an engineer in a Swiss watchmaker's, I returned to my hometown with my wife and two daughters.

Why they chose this property

My great grandfather came to Roussillon in 1934 as a town clerk and lived in a village house here.
He bought the plot in 1933 to make a vegetable garden and he built a basin and a small cabin — still here to this day.

My grandmother then built a second house on the plot in the 80s.

Living close, my parents and I decided to put the house up for rent from 2015 and add a built-in pool.
