In Mérindol (Vaucluse), pretty detached house of 60 m2, renovated in 2016 and fully equipped for 4 people on a fenced and wooded 600 m2 with heated pool on sunny days. Classified 3 stars.
Heating and cooling is provided by a reversible heat pump. The double glazing and the shutters make it possible to isolate itself from the noise, the luminosity and the differences of possible temperature.
The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

A parking space for the car is provided inside the property.
This house is located 200m from the center of the village and shops, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Mérindol is a small village nestled at the foot of the little Luberon where many hiking trails and cyclo and very well located to discover Provence.
Bed linen and towels are provided and end of stay cleaning is optional

détente et bien être

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une villa agréable au bord d'une piscine privée. La région est très belle tant au niveau touristique que pour les randonnées. La propriétaire était charmante. Bref tout était au rendez-vous pour de bonnes vacances.

Fijn huis met zwembad

Het huis is schoon en de ontvangst van de eigenaars heel hartelijk. Wij hadden onze honden mee omdat bij de advertentie staat huisdieren toegestaan. Maar dat was niet correct. Ze hadden niet mee gemogen maar gelukkig deed de eigenaresse er niet moeilijk over, ze zei het pas op onze laatste verblijfsdag !

Un petit coin de paradis

Maison avec tout ce qu'il faut, jardin bien équipé et bien situé et une piscine magnifique dans un écrin de verdure... tout pour des vacances inoubliables! Sans compter un accueil chaleureux et discret de la part de Francoise. A recommander vivement!

Wundeschönes Ferienhaus in Merindol

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Merindol verbracht. Das Haus war für uns vier vollkommenen ausreichend und mit jeglichem Komfort susgestattet. Imeirklich sehr großen Pool konnte man super entspannen. Toll war auch dass sich unser Hund im Anwesen frei bewegen konnte. Die Hauseigentümer waren sehr angenehm. Die Hunde waren auch gleich befreundet. Toller Urlaub gerne auch mal wieder!

Une belle maison.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Auch der Garten hat uns überzeugt er ist hübsch bepflanzt und mit Loungemöbeln und Gasgrill gut ausgestattet. Absoluter Höhepunkt ist natürlich der Pool mit den Sonnenliegen, rundum ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Der Ort Merindol ist angenehm und liebenswürdig er verfügt über Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants usw. die alle fußläufig erreichbar sind. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Francoise für den herzlichen Empfang und die netten Aufmerksamkeiten bedanken "merci beaucoup". Herzliche Grüße auch an den Hund "Tongo" Brigitte & Fred

Rundum erholsam und echt französisch!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet! Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen! Die Gastgeberin Françoise ist ausgesprochen herzlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Das Haus liegt ausgesprochen günstig, um zahlreiche provencalische Städtchen zu besichtigen oder aber auch wandern zu gehen! Rundum zu empfehlen! Mérindol ist ein hübscher, kleiner Ort mit netten Restaurants!

Hervorragend !

Die Unterkunft ist in allem überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuverlässig, zuvorkommend und diskret. Der eigene Pool und das großzügige Angebot an Gartenmöbeln sind hervorzuheben. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Merindol ist nicht der bekannteste Ort, aber auf den 2. Blick wunderschön! Die Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen in der Region ist absolut perfekt! Eine wirkliche Empfehlung.

Endroit super pour passer de merveilleuses vacances

Propriété très très bien équipée à tous points de vue. Que dire de la piscine : "Géniale". Françoise et son mari sont des hôtes d'une extrême gentillesse et discrétion. Pas de mal de beaux villages à découvrir dans ce merveilleux Luberon.

Een huisje dat tip top in orde is met een super zwembad en leuke tuin. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst van eigenaar die je graag wat uitleg en tips geeft over de prachtige omgeving indien je dit wenst.

Super séjour

Un petit coin de paradis en Provence.

C'est avec regret que nous avons quitté notre petit coin de paradis Le Cavaou. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison confortable et un cadre reposant. Un accueil sympathique et bien veillant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en septembre dans cette maison à Merindol. L'endroit est conforme aux photos. Tout est parfait, l'interieur est confortable, décoré avec goût, la literie est très bonne, la cuisine est très bien équipée, bref il ne manque rien. L'extérieur est très agréable aussi, très calme et la piscine chauffée est un plus. Sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse de la propriétaire! Elle est disponible, répond à tous les besoins de ses locataires et donne des renseignements appréciables quant à la decouverte de la région. Merindol est un joli village avec des petits commerces accessibles sans prendre la voiture. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Chaleureux et reposant

La maison est suffisamment spacieuse, bien agencée, bien équipée et bien située. L’accès au centre du village est facile et rapide et les photos sont fidèles au lieu. L'ensoleillement est optimal tout au long de la journée et la piscine très agréable. Accueil très chaleureux de Françoise qui est prévenante, attentive et de très bons conseils sur les visites à faire. Durant notre séjour, nous avons eu un très bon contact avec Françoise et Christian et avons passé une semaine très agréable. Nous recommandons cette location qui correspond complètement à la description.

Genieten zoals God in Frankrijk

Ondanks de kleine oppervlakte van de woning is alles voorhanden en is de woning goed ingedeeld! Buiten heb je een leuk overdekte terrasje maar het is vooral zalig eten onder de grote boom! En vooral met de warme temperaturen (we hadden een hele week tegen de 40 g) is het zwembad met bar een must! De eigenares wiens tuin grenst aan de woning geeft je voldoende privacy en is steeds bereid om je te helpen voor tips allerlei. Een ideale uitvalsbasis om de prachtige streek te verkennen! Een aanrader!

Location très agréable et confortable

Nous avons très bien apprécié notre location. Le descriptif reflète bien la réalité, nous n'avons pas été déçu par les prestations ( de surcroît, la literie était confortable, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas). La piscine est évidemment la bienvenue et bien aménagée. Reste à relever l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire Françoise, qui était toujours de bon conseil et à notre écoute. Je recommande volontiers cette location, vous ne serez pas déçu !

A wonderful relaxing holiday

We stayed at Le Cavaou for two weeks. Mme. Detraz is a wonderful hostess and a wealth of information of the local area. Le Cavaou is a wonderful place to relax with a lovely pool in the garden. So nice to have the air conditioning to keep the house comfortable in the heat. The house is ideally situated not too far from the motorway, so it's easy to travel around and see the sites. The village is friendly and has a few little shops for your daily needs. Daily visits to the bakery are a must! :) The local restaurants are lovely too. We enjoyed the village weekly Thursday music night with dining on the main street. Merci Madame pour des vacances supers! Nous esperons de retourner bientot! :)

Formidable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Cavaou avec nos 3 enfants (dont un bébé). La maison, moderne et très propre, est parfaitement équipée, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. La propriété clôturée et la piscine sécurisée sont idéales pour des vacances sans stress avec de jeunes enfants. Mérindol jouit d'une situation très intéressante pour visiter la région, nous pouvions être à plein d'endroits intéressants (trop pour les citer) en moins d'une heure. Enfin, les propriétaires, très sympathiques et très discrets nous ont chaleureusement accueillis et donné les conseils adaptés tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!!!

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours au Cavaou et avons profité de chaque instant! La maison au calme et sans vis à vis est parfaitement équipée et entretenue. Les commerces et restaurants du village ont contribué à ces excellentes vacances. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux, accueillants et fourmillent de bons plans pour vous faire découvrir la région. Nous conseillons vivement cette location où nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir et conservons de très bons souvenirs; un Grand merci à Françoise et Christian.

Calme et agréable dans un petit village charmant

Situé à 200 m du cœur de village, agréable avec commerces et festivités pendant l'été. nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, avec sa piscine privée et un barbecue que nous avons bien appréciés. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et de bons conseils pour les balades (gorges du régalon) et les infos pratiques.
