Security Deposit: At the time of booking $500 will be collected and applied towards the rent. An additional $1,000 damage deposit will be collected. If no damage is found after your departure, this $1,000 security deposit will be refunded 14 days after your departure.
Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront home located on the car-free beach. 2-stories. 1650 sqft. Enjoy the sun on the large oceanfront deck with plenty of space to relax. Read a good book from the cabana, offering shade from the sun.
The main level features a spacious oceanfront living room with a large flat screen HDTV, DVD, leather couch, and cozy chair. There is an oceanfront, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room with seating for six. Absolutely gorgeous view for you while preparing meals, dining, or entertaining. The main level also features a full bath with a walk-in shower.
With spiral stairs down to the 1st level guests will find the large master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the 3rd bedroom with 3 singles. There is also a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Cable TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, outside shower, and all linens are supplied. Please Note: Not handicap accessible due to the spiral staircase.
