Direct Oceanfront- Relax on the big deck or take a nice, long walk on the beach
We love our great weekend getaway house, and you will too. It's right on the beach in the "no driving" section, so you don't have to worry about the kids! It has a great deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and private stairs to walk right down to the sand. If you're a surfer, the waves are great for surfing right in front of the house! Quiet (no driving) end of the beach. IMPORTANT: To get to the front door, you must walk up a flight of stairs, as the house is on pilings. Please review cancellation policy per our attached Rental Agreement: More than 120 days prior to start of rental- 100% refundable less $250 fee. 31-120 days prior to rental- 50% refundable. No refund less than 30 days prior to rental. Sorry, NO PETS PERMITTED, except service animals. NO SMOKING HOUSE.

Married for abut thirty years, and originally from Connecticut and the Chicago suburbs, we are both in the real estate industry.
Why they chose this property
We love this house because it is at the end of all the things going on in New Smyrna Beach, just before the Canaveral National Seashore. You you get all the benefits, but none of the traffic and commercial businesses further north. It's only a ten minute drive away, but it feels like you're a world away!
What makes this property unique
The beautiful beach is just out the back door, and it's on the no-drive section, so you don't have to worry about the little ones playing in the sand!
