New lovingly, renovated 3 bedrooms 2 full baths & flex room with extra sleeping possibilities for larger groups than 6.- 1 trundle bed like 2 twins & 2 twins to sleep 4 extra. Upon entering the home 20 foot high vaulted ceilings , with
Skylights and a view to the heated pool and tropical landscaped back yard. The open kitchen looks into the living room with plenty of seating and a large screen TV with ROKU at the fireplace . The eat-in kitchen can seat 6 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen counter. Off of the dining room the large patio area overlooks the pool with a game room table and extra sleeping area. The large enclosed under air patio has 2 day beds that sleep 4 adults and leads out to the back pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and outside dining area. The property is a short drive to New Smyrna Beach with 13 miles of white sandy beaches and an additional 21 miles of beach in the beautiful national park. The salt river is 3 mins away which offers great fishing or just spot dolphin & manatees from the shore. National parks surround this area, Great restaurants , unique shops and special events on historical Flagler Ave & Canal St. With oldie cars lined up down a palm tree coastal small town street every 2nd Sat & a farmer's market. Fun for all ages and centrally located if you're interested in making day trips. Disney and all the parks Universal , Epcot are 45 minutes away. Daytona Beach 500 is 20 minutes away and they have races thru out the year. A large surfing water park is coming soon and if you'd like to see a launch, you can actually see them 3 minutes away from this property at the river. Airports are Daytona Beach 20 mins away, Orlando International 45 mins away, Sanford Orlando 40 mins away & Melbourne is 1 hour away. Pool heat is an extra cost which you can monitor the cost during your stay and decide if you would like it or not. Come on down and enjoy yourselves we would love to have you.

The pool was not filtered well. The door battery was going dead, property manager never show up to change it. The water had low pressure for the first week due to being shut off at the street. The dryer did not dry clothes well. The home is well equipment with necessities and clean.

Family reunion

This property was wondering. We had 9 people coming into town to visit, three groups in this party of 9, total 3 kids and 6 adults. My son also spent so.e time there as well. The house was very comfortable for our group. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by kids and adults daily. No problems with property management, Ci dy was fantastic and got us all situated. The house is close to the beach and area attractions. We went to space center, Disney, blue springs, daytona, New smyrna beach and gatorland. House was in a good location to make these all doable during our week together. Thanks so much for a great week, we would absolutely rent again!

Property was adequate for our needs.

All was well, except an early entry problem and the absence of network cable service. One of our objectives was to watch the NFL playoff games after attending the Rolex 24 in Daytona. Network access was not available and the property manager's email address was blocking possible access. We will never stay again at a property that does not offer easily accessible primary TV stations.
