DESCRIPTION: Studio with terrace facing the sea in residence WITH ITS BEACH sandy, outdoor POOL and raised PARC. Guardian and private parking. WIRELESS.

SITUATION: In Corsica, Santa Lucia di Moriani is in the heart of the Costa Verde, between mounts and vast sandy beaches. 27 km of Bastia, in one of the most beautiful places of the Island of Beauty. This is the ideal place to discover Corsica and enjoy all the sea or mountain activities.

EQUIPMENT STANDARD 3 STAR: 3rd floor with elevator, air conditioning, fan, blinds, electric shutters. Very nice living room. Open kitchen, beautiful glass shower ... Washing machines (machine / dishwasher) dryer, microwave / convection oven, refrigerator with freezer 3 drawers. Flat screen TV. DVD player). Bedding with new mattresses - 2015 (2 bed) 1 sofa sets, large wardrobe (with hangers) ... Iron and ironing board
Shower gel and detergents (dishes / linen) available free of charge


DONE at LIT ARRIVAL: provided quality linens (sheets pillows duvet cover bedspread towels ..).

Entspannung pur mit Blick auf das Meer

Wir haben das Appartement für zwei Wochen im Juli 2019 gemietet und dieses nicht bereut. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Dinge für den Strand wie ein Sonnenschirm oder ein Ball für Wasserspiele waren vorhanden. Selbstversorger wird eine große Kühlschrank/Gefrierkombi sowie die diversen Küchenutensilien freuen. Für Kaffeetrinker gibt es die klassische Filterkaffeemaschine und eine von Nespresso, die mit Kapseln aus dem nahegelegenen Spar (250 m) oder Casino Supermarkt (ca. 1,5 km) bestückt werden kann. Quasi neben dem Spar ist auch eine Bäckerei, wo wir manchmal morgens frisches Baguette oder Croissants gekauft haben. In der Nähe (ca. 1km) des Appartement-Komplexes gibt es einige Restaurants mit einer vergleichbaren Menüauswahl mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Tische mit direktem Meerblick sollten vorab reserviert werden. Apropos Meerblick: dieser vom Appartement aus sowie die tolle Betreuung unserer Vermieterin Yane (viele Vorschläge für die Erkundung der Insel etc.) haben diesen Urlaub zu einem Highlight gemacht. Noch zwei praktische Hinweise: das WLAN des Appartements war immer verfügbar und auch für das Streamen von Netflix schnell genug 😊und die Mietwagenerfahrung mit ADA war auch durchweg positiv.

Un vrai plaisir d'accueillir Andrea et Thomas - et bravo pour leur Français :))) Ils sont des vacanciers très sympas et ont la gentillesse de laisser l'appartement propre. Je suis heureuse de savoir que mes petites idées de balades et découvertes ont pu les séduire. Andrea et Thomas, revenez quand vous voulez ;)

Appartement très bien situé.

Nous avons été accueilli par Fabienne qui est une personne très agréable. Elle nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter ainsi que des adresses pour se restaurer. L'appartement est très propre. Nous avons apprécié le "gentil panier d'accueil" mais aussi l'équipement car il y a VRAIMENT TOUT. L'exposition à l'est est parfaite pour voir le soleil se lever et ainsi petit-déjeuner en regardant la mer. Yane est très prévenante, totalement disponible et à l'écoute. Un seul bémol : la semaine est passée beaucoup vite ...

Super semaine dans cet appartement. Il ne manque rien ! Merci pour les petites attentions (kit bébé, panier avec produits locaux , informations sur les lieux à faire de la propriétaire par SMS...). Superbe vue depuis la terrasse (piscine et plage). L'appartement est très bien placé pour visiter Nord et Sud de l'île. Je conseille sans hésitation :)
