SEASIDE APARTMENT WITH POOL
Located 40 km south of Bastia and 20 km from Bastia-Poretta airport, the Cala di Sognu residence is located in the center of Moriani-plage, 50 meters from the sandy beach.
Studio cabin for 4 to 6 people. A bedroom with a bunk bed (ideal for 2 children), a bathroom with bath, sink and WC, a spacious kitchen / living room and a sea view terrace with table, chairs, deckchair and clothes line.
equipment: fridge-freezer, extractor hood, 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete crockery, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, "Rapido" sofa bed + 1 bench seat with 2 beds , TV and reversible air conditioning.
1st floor without elevator.
Private swimming pool. Car park.
Close to all amenities within a 300-meter radius on foot (bakery, butcher, shopping center, hairdressers, restaurants, tennis court, medical analysis laboratory, pharmacy, doctors, shops, etc.)
Sheets and towels are not provided but can be rented on site (by advance reservation)

Sun and Beach
The price / performance ratio is perfect. The beach and the sea can be seen directly from the balcony. 1 minute walk. Supermarket, bakery and newsagents in the immediate vicinity. The northeast of the island makes it possible to get to many other places of interest in Corsica in a relatively short drive. The apartment is small but has everything you need. For guests like us, who are on the road all day, completely sufficient. Great for young people. Too small for families with 2 or more children. The landlords were super friendly and accommodating. You gave us a very warm welcome. We can highly recommend it!
