2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, With Spectacular Views Of Ocean And Horizon
Just Renovated with New Furniture Throughout The Entire Condo. Clean…Clean…Clean!!

This 2 Bdrm, 2 Full Bath, Ocean View Condo is located in the A Bldg at Myrtle Beach Resort. The Condo can sleep 6. Kitchen is FULLY equipped. The MASTER HAS A KING BED, 2 Twin beds in 2nd bdrm. Pull out sofa in the living room. Flat Screen TVs in both bdrms and the living room. Amazing views on our huge balcony. Northern facing, with gorgeous Sun and Moon rises and forested oceanfront views. During the Summer high season, nightly fireworks show all down the beach from tourists. FUN!! We provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, Igloo cooler and sand bucket/toys. This is the sister condo to our units in the Renaissance Tower, Unit 2016 (VRBO #768338), Unit 2017 (VBRO #804464) and Unit 1917 (VRBO#1306410)

***We only do 6/7 day rentals, Sat to Fri/Sat from the 1st Sat in June thru the 3rd Sat in Aug. Thank you for your understanding.***

***MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO RENT IS 25 YEARS OLD. THIS IS FOR THE ENTIRE MYRTLE BEACH RESORT. SECURITY GATE WILL DENY ACCESS/ENTRY FOR ANYONE NOT ACCOMPANIED WITH SOMEONE 25 OR OLDER.***

Perfect Place Near the Beach

The apartment is very comfortable with everything we needed. The view is splendid from this side of the building. The residence is quiet compared to its size and the number of people who can gather there.

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family! The location was perfect - within 20-25 min. of everything we wanted to do, the view was spectacular, and the resort amenities were amazing! Myrtle Beach Resort Vacation

Renting from Phil was easy and had no issues. We asked if we could checkin 2 hours early and Phil went out of his way to accommodate us. Thanks Phil! The condo was nice and clean!!! The only issue was the the cable TV channels weren't working. Phil called the cable people, but never got the regular tv channels working, since it was connected to internet, just had access to Netflix and watched that for movies. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay and experience. We've been vacationing here in the Myrtle Beach Resort for several years now.

Always a fun vacation

All in all it was a very enjoyable vacation. My only issues were that we didn’t receive enough of anything really to accommodate 5 people for a week. We ran out of toilet paper the first night. Towels the next day. We only had three small packages of dishwasher detergent. Only 2 dish towels. The internet was pretty slow the whole week. Other than that everything was good

Beautiful and clean place

Everything is as described. Owner was super organized and always ready to answer any question we had (we honestly didn’t have many as everything we needed to know was shared clearly and in advance). The beach waggon, chairs, umbrella were a much needed plus especially when traveling with a little one. Will be recommending this place for friends and family.
