Apartment of 35 M2 located 300 meters from the supervised beach and a few strides from the city center with its pedestrian streets; balcony overlooking the village in a 4-storey residence with secure access, private parking space, elevator.
Two adult bikes are available. Secure bicycle storage.
Balcony with garden furniture; 2 relax with umbrella.
Integrated kitchen: fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dining area with table and armchairs; kitchen linen provided.
Living room with TV, corner sofa , books and board games at your disposal.
Separate bedroom with a double bed (140); beds made on arrival;
Dressing room with cupboard and wardrobe - iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer.
Separate WC.
No wifi access by internet box; good 4G network accessible to smartphones
Apartment with reversible air conditioning.

Super appartement

L’appartement est super bien situé, on peut aller à plusieurs plages à pied ou à vélo (vélos mis à dispo par les propriétaires), proche du centre ( pleins de boutiques de vêtements, articles vacances, glaciers, restaurants…) . Magasin Leclerc en dessous, pharmacie à côté et marche couvert pas loin. Appartement bien agencé, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Je recommande vraiment l’appartement et c’était la 2eme année que je venais dans les Landes , la région est magnifique mais attention à mimizan il y a vraiment beaucoup de monde . Appartement très bien âgé

Appartement correspondant aux photos Tout est pensé afin que nous passions un agréable moment décoration d'intérieur charmante, confort de la literie et du canapé, tout le nécessaire de cuisine Il n'y a rien à redire. L'immeuble (seul bémol : pas très séduisant) est très bien situé, à 2 pas des boutiques, de la mer et des restaurants et se trouve malgré tout au calme!

Vacances à Mimizan Plage

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. L'appartement est très bien agencé et il y a tout le nécessaire. Pas besoin de voiture, tout est à proximité (plage, magasins). Le plus, les vélos qui sont à disposition et qui permettent de faire de superbes balades. Les propriétaires sont charmants et si nous revenons dans les landes, ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons chez eux.

Appart Mimizan plage

Appartement très bien situé. Très confortable, très bien équipé. Les commerces et plages sont accesibles à pieds. Le parking privé est appréciable dans cette station balneaire. La possibilité de se servir des vélos des propriétaires est un vrai plus. L accueil très sympathique et tres arrangeant. Je recommande vivement.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Wir hatten 2 echt schöne Wochen in diesem netten Apartment. Das Haus selbst wirkt etwas älter, aber die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage in die Stadt und zum Strand ist ideal. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Que du bonheur....

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cet appartement meublé avec goût, bien équipé, literie confortable. Pas besoin de voiture, on peut tout faire à pied, proche des commerces, randonnées pédestres, pistes cyclables et plages . Belle terrasse où on peut prendre ses repas au calme sans vis à vis, transats pour se relaxer. La clim est appréciable aussi pour les jours de forte chaleur. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et les propriétaires sont sympathiques.

Appartement très propre et parfaitement situé, tout se fait à pied ou en vélo, il y a plein de commerces et restaurants proches ! Excellente communication en amont des propriétaires ! Nous avons pu rentrer dans l appartement dès notre arrivée, plutôt agréable après une journée classée noire sur les routes.. Merci Anne Marie pour votre ponctualité et votre professionnalisme ! Wir erinnern uns gern zurück!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in der praktisch gelegenen und sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden und wir fanden die FeWo in sehr sauberem Zustand vor. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war prima. Auch kamen uns die Vermieter bzgl. der Check-in-Zeit sehr entgegen - worüber wir als Familie mit kleinem Kind sehr dankbar waren. Alles in allem haben wir in Mimizan Plage einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht, an den wir sehr gerne zurückdenken!

excellentes vacances passées dans un logement si accueillant et équipé de tout le nécessaire qu’on se croirait chez soi. Très calme centre et plages a moins de 5 minutes a pied; et grace aux vélos mis à disposition, inutile de prendre la voiture ! Et cerise sur le gateau les propriétaires sont reactifs et très prévenants
