Détente

Location dans un quartier calme, proche de la forêt (idéal pour promener son chien). Très bon accueil, logement propre, agréable et terrain clos. Le lac est accessible à pied et l'océan est proche en voiture. Il arrive quelque fois de sentir l'odeur de la papeterie.

Schönes sehr sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, ruhigen Aufenthalt in ruhiger Atmosphäre. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und konnten die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Der Fahrradweg zum Meer ist ca. 5 km lang und führt durch traumhafte Pinienwälder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Petite maison très propre. La propriétaire est très discrète et sympathique. Nous avons eu une brioche en cadeau de bienvenue. La situation à 5 kms de la plage est idéale.

Logis indépendant.

Propriété très bien entretenue ( par une propriétaire très agréable), au calme, à moins d'un quart d'heure à pieds du lac et de son parcours fleuri. En voiture, à une dizaine de minutes du centre commercial et à une vingtaine de la plage. Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur du logis spacieux et très bien équipé.

Merveilleux séjour dans les Landes

La location était calme, très confortable, avec tout le nécessaire, même la clim, alors que finalement peu utilisée tant le logement est super bien isolé et reste frais même qd il y a plus de 30 dehors. Mais mention spéciale à la propriétaire qui était charmante, au petits soins pour nous pendant tout le séjour. Rarement nous avons eu un aussi bon accueil. Elle a été géniale. On ne peut que vivement recommander cette location, idéale pour un couple.

Tout ce que nous recherchions!

Accueillis avec un cadeau de bienvenue par Nicole la propriétaire, la visite des lieux nous a plu d'emblée. Petite cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, pièce de vie pour prendre les repas, coin salon avec télévision. La chambre spacieuse , au moins 15 m², est équipée d'un grand lit lit très confortable et d'un lit une personne. Petite salle de bain avec douche et wc séparés. Le tout d'une propreté irréprochable. Une terrasse accueillante que nous avons utilisé le plus possible, la pelouse qu'a adoré notre toutou, le tout séparé de la maison de la propriétaire par des claustras du meilleur effet. Et pour clôturer le tout, le calme et la tranquillité. Magnifique semaine. La mer est à dix minutes, et si vous aimez la pêche, la rivière est à 300 mètres et le lac à 5 minutes en voiture. Nicole a été à nos petits soins, et au moment du départ, nous avons eu droit à un autre cadeau. N'hésitez pas vous pouvez aller à cette adresse sans réserve et en toute confiance. Merci Madame Wulher!

Maison impeccable

Maison agréable et surtout très propre. La propriétaire est adorable.Nous avions nos chiens qui étaient très heureux sur le grand terrain mais si vous avez des chiens méchants il faut savoir que le terrain est commun avec la dame et que ça pourrait poser un problème. Je pense que de clôturer la partie maison locative serait une bonne idée et aussi pour la propriétaire qui serait plus tranquille. Je ne peux que recommander cette maison et le prix est très correct.

Très Bon sejour

Découverte des Landes, de Mimizan et sa plage sauvage de Lespecier. Pistes cyclables nombreuses. Le sentiers des étangs de Mallouhiere. La promenade fleurie tout a côté. Après quelques km en voiture vers le Nord, Biscarosse, les lacs. Au Sud, le pays basque, Biarritz, st Jean de Luz, Hendaye et Espelette. Et sous le soleil pendant tt le sejiur

La propriétaire qui nous à accueillis est extrêmement gentille, la maison était très accueillante avec des fleurs...Le coin est très calme et tout est fait pour se détendre... Si je retourne à Mimizan je sais où loger !!! 😊 Merci Madame pour votre gentillesse....

Jolie petite maison

Jolie maison dans un quartier calme du bourg de Mimizan. A 5 min. en voiture des plages et de Mimizan plage. Possibilité d'aller à pied au centre ville (15 min.) même si le trottoir est en bordure d'une route assez fréquentée. Beau petit jardin avec une terrasse accessible et ombragé. Wifi correct pour ceux qui doivent resté connecté. A noter que la location est derrière la maison de la propriétaire mais bien isolée avec des palissades en bois. Notre hôte fut très discrète mais au petit soin. Je recommande fortement cette location pour un couple avec 2 enfants.

Very relaxing holiday

Personne très sérieuse et agréable.location très propre au calme,avec un espace privatif très fleuri si je devais retourner à Mimizan c'est chez cette dame que j'irai. Je recommande cette location. De plus il y a un espace nature merveilleux a proximité où l'on peut faire du canoë etc
