Beautiful and modern furnishings: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. 2 showers, 2 sep. WC's. Electric heating. Upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen), DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (tassimo Bosh) extra). Balcony furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Please note: 2 showers in one of the bathrooms.

Terrific location but no investments

We stayed at this house for the third time in six years. The location is fantastic and the view is gorgeous! But except the replaced washing machine there have been no single maintenance measures or investments taken place in the house. The outside shower is broken, the furniture (especially in the kitchen) is fairly old and rickety, the look from the front door broke down in the first week, the aged alarm system went off three times during our stay, the balcony railing partly swings back+forth

Wir haben uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub in Mimizan gefreut, da wir bereits seit mehreren Jahren dorthin reisen. Dieses Mal entschieden wir uns für ein Haus in einer ähnlichen Anlage wie sonst, allerdings etwas teurer.Positiver EindruckBei der Ankunft waren wir zunächst begeistert von der Umgebung und dem schönen Meerblick – die Lage ist wirklich ein großes Plus.Zustand und SauberkeitLeider ließ der Zustand des Hauses stark zu wünschen übrig:•Die Einrichtung wirkt insgesamt sehr veraltet und abgewohnt.•Das Haus war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Auf nahezu allen Flächen befand sich ein leichter Schmutzfilm.•Die Küchenutensilien waren teilweise klebrig oder wiesen Essensreste auf.•Mehrere Lampen funktionierten nicht oder hatten Wackelkontakt.Sanitäranlagen•Eine der drei Duschen war unbenutzbar.•Die Außendusche, wie auch in anderen Bewertungen angemerkt, ist weiterhin defekt.Sicherheit und Ausstattung•Das Balkongeländer ist instabil und stellt ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar.•Die große Balkontür lässt sich nicht mehr abschließen – ein ernstes Sicherheitsmanko.•Das Gartenmobiliar ist sehr einfach, teils beschädigt.•Rund ums Haus und an verschiedenen Stellen im Inneren lagen Müll und undefinierbare Gegenstände herum.PlatzangebotDas Haus ist laut Beschreibung für acht Personen ausgelegt. In der Realität ist es jedoch schwer vorstellbar, dass acht Personen hier komfortabel gemeinsam Urlaub machen können.

Strandhaus mit traumhaften Blick

Leider ist die Außendusche defekt und draußen fehlt eine Wäscheleine, was extreme Nachteile für das Auswaschen der Neoprenanzüge hat.Die Küchenausstattung könnte ein Update gebrauchen, war aber für acht Personen ausreichend. Die Lage des Hauses und der Ausblick sind sensationell!

Sehr tolles Haus

Haus und Aussicht einfach Hammer. Leider ist der Gestank der Papierfabrik teilweise unsäglich. Verhindert ein gemütliches Apero auf drm Balkon. Zimmer und Wohnraum super gemütlich und Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Kommen gerne wieder!!

Tolles Haus

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes, ruhiges Haus in einer phantastischen Lage. Der Schlafbereich und die Bäder par terre bieten keinen schönen Ausblick, sind aber bei Hitze angenehm kühl. Umso großzügiger ist der Wohnbereich im 1. Stock. Dort kann es jedoch sehr warm werden. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist das Highlight. Durch die Lage direkt am Nordstrand ist man in 5 Minuten im Meer. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, ein beladenes Auto kann aufsetzen.

Vacances paisibles lieu accueillant

Belle prestation globale malgré des équipements qui laissent quelque fois à désirer. En cuisine notamment, les ustensiles et plats (casseroles et poêles) sont de très mauvaise qualité. L'endroit est idéal au nord de Mimizan avec une vue merveilleuse sur l'océan. Très ressourçant ! Quelques appareils de type lecteur DVD et TV en rdc ne fonctionnent pas. Note générale grandement positive !

Emplacement de rêve

Maison située en 2ème ligne avec vue sur la mer. Annonce conforme. Pièce de vie lumineuse face aux dunes et la mer. Seul regret, concernant la servitude au fond du terrain, nous n’avons pas pu laisser notre chien en liberté dans la cour car il n’y a pas de portail entre notre maison et les maisons de derrière (chemin d’accès commun).

Très belle maison à deux pas de la plage

La maison est très belle avec les chambres en bas et le salon en haut. La proximité de la plage est un vrai atout. La plage est très large et les couchers de soleil à coupé le souffle. Néanmoins le salon est plus petit que ce que les photos font apparaître, et nous avons eu un problème de chauffe eau qui nous préoccuper pdt notre séjour.

L’océan pour voisin

Maison magnifique très bien équipée dans laquelle on s’est senti bien dés le premier jour. Une vue à couper le souffle et des couchers de soleil inoubliables. Localisation parfaite, calme, au pied de l’océan et des dunes et la forêt juste derrière. Nous l’avons quitté avec regret et nous y reviendrons avec le plus grand des plaisirs . Personnel d’Interhome aux petits soins et extrêmement sympathique.

maison très agréable, bien équipée, spacieuse avec une vue à couper le souffle. Très bien située au calme et à 2 pas de la plage ce qui est bien appréciable. Proche également du centre ville accessible à pied sans problème.

Wir suchten ein Haus, etwas abseits und doch nah am Meer. Das haben wir gefunden. Es steht (leider) an einer "Kreuzung" - aber das Meer ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Einziger Minuspunkt war der Gestank der Papierfabrik bei ungünstigem Wind.

Geweldig huis op een prachtige locatie!

Super week gehad in les Mouettes, Mimizan. Het huis is erg mooi en modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras op de Atlantische oceaan is prachtig!!! Helemaal tevreden en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
