Ruhig und doch mittendrin

Das Häuschen war sauber, einfach, aber nett eingerichtet und liegt ruhig, und doch sind Bäcker, Restaurants und Strand gleich nebenan. Was in der Anzeige nicht steht: Das Haus teilt sich das Grundstück mit einem weiteren Haus. Wir hatten Glück und nette Nachbarn, die keine Angst vor dem Hund hatten. Was stört, ist der Gestank einer Papierfabrik, der bei Ostwind in die Nase weht, und zwei Auflagen für die Gartenliegen wären auch nett gewesen.

schöner Aufenthalt im La Poste

das Haus ist zwar schon älter, aber es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, super Einrichtung der Küche, Betten ok, Bad ok, das Grundstück ok, Platz zum Auto abstellen, das Nebenhaus hat nicht gestört, die Lage einwandfrei zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, sehr schöner Strand, Bäcker um die Ecke, Supermarkt auch nah. ein gelungener Urlaub.

Estupendo alojamiento

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en esta casa. Está muy bien equipada, en una zona tranquila pero cerca de la playa y del centro de Mimizan plage. El jardín y el porche es un plus. Seguiremos repitiendo en esta estupenda casa.

Casa muy confortable y cómoda, muy bien equipada, una cocina con todo lo necesario,menaje , lavaplatos y todo lo que uno necesita. Muy limpia y con un baño y cocina recientemente renovado. Jardín y porche muy bonito y resguardado. Zona muy tranquila,pero cerca de la playa y de la calle comercial. Muy recomendable.

Papierfabrik und Waldbrände

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Haus; es fehlte aber definitiv eine Klimaanlage, auf die Heizungen hätte verzichtet werden können. Bei Südostwind werden die Gerüche der Papierfabrik sehr spürbar und unangenehm. Wir hatten zusätzlich noch Pech mit den Waldbränden… Am Ende haben uns noch die Ameisen überwältigt, selbst in Schlagzimmer und im Bett… Zusammengefasst: 14 Tage für deutlich über 2000€ - hier stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht.

Gute Lage

Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Lage des Hauses zum Zentrum und zum Strand ist mühelos in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Garten ist sehr schön mit Palmen und Blumen und viel Rasen angelegt. Das Haus ist in Ordnung, es ist alles da was man braucht. Es ist nur etwas staubig und hat viele Spinnenweben, nach unserer Ansicht wurde es nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht.

Vieille maison ,besoin d un rafraîchissement complet . Ménage pas fait à notre arrivée toiles d araignées poussière et maison qui sent le renfermer . Pas de télévision pendant 2 semaines car carte pas valide.

N'oubliez pas que l'équipe de ménage peut toujours être renvoyée dans le logement si le nettoyage ne vous est pas convenant. L'équipe a tout de même été informée afin d'être davantage minutieuse. Exactement comme sur le descriptif !

Maison bien agencée avec bcp de rangement, 2 chambres correctes : une grande et une plus petite avec 2 lits simples que nous avons rapprochés car le matelas de la grande est en fin de vie, attention à ceux ont des pb de dos. Maison très agréable et on ne manque de rien, tout y est (même un aiguiseur intégré dans la planche à découper !) cuisinetrès agréable et ensoleillée toute la journée + accès directe sur la terrasse. Beau volume de la pièce à vivre. Le must : le jardin verdoyant ! (rare).

Ferienhaus Poste

Haus war praktisch eingerichtet, Küche war gut bestückt. Sauber und ordentlich. Gute Lage, man ist schnell im Zentrum, bekommt aber vom nachtlichen Trubel nichts mit. Ruhige Lage, ideal für einen entspannten und ruhigen Badeurlaub.
