C'est la 2ème fois que nous retournons à Mimizan dans cette maison, toujours aussi pratique et agréable. Un plaisir!

Décevant, trop cher par rapport aux prestations

Côtés positifs : maison au calme, bien située, mais... Photos de la terrasse non contractuelles, faites au moment de la pose de terrasse, il y a longtemps. Maintenant, elle est défraîchie, le bois est gris et se sèche, laissant des échardes dans le pied, 3 en 2 jours. Plus question de laisser les enfants pieds nus, ou jouer à genoux (merci pour eux). L'intérieur est propre, dans son jus des années 70. Portes et volets durs à manipuler. Côté cuisine, pas une casserole ou poêle qui n'accroche pas, couverts bas de gamme, absence de bols, de couteaux pour cuisiner, d'un set de barbecue. Électroménager, je ne pensais pas que des marques aussi cheap pouvaient exister, mais c'est ok Hôtesse réactive pour nous changer le grille pain lorsque qu'il est tombé en panne, 12,99€ chez Gifi! Salle de bain grande, accueillante, baignoire avec un simple mélangeur, support de pommeau dévissé. Le linge de toilette est fourni mais uniquement des serviettes 40X80. Il n'y a pas de drap de douche (à spécifier sur la description pour éviter tout malentendu). 1 grande chambre avec des placards et literie de qualité, très bien. Les autres avec des lits, de qualité, mais plus aucun rangement. Imaginez un séjour avec des enfants, la valise ouverte, rien pour ranger, c'est Hiroshima !! Notre hôtesse a priorisé la quantité de lits au détriment des occupants. Côté salon, il est spacieux, agréable, des jeux à disposition, la tv avec un écran de 15" relié à la tnt fait pingre. Heureusement, il y a les Landes

La casa esta muy bien y el trato con Valerie, excelente, adaptandose a nuestras necesidades a la hora de llegar e incluso a la de salir. La casa es muy comoda y tiene de todo, excepto, y es por elloq ue no le pongo un 10, no tenia toallas de baño. Repetiria sin dudarlo

Logement conforme aux photos, 10 minutes de la plage, les enfants ont adoré. Les propriétaire très sympas, la maison confortable et pratique. Attention pas d'accès Internet au gite, mais des points de connexion à Mimizan plage. Région très belle, début de saison certes mais avec des activités faites par l'office du tourisme, très instructive pour les petits et les grands, découverte de la régions grâce aux randos même avec des enfants (5 et 7 ans). Vacances en famille parfaites.

Week-end entre amies à la mer

Nous sommes partis pour un week-end entre amies le dernier week-end d'avril. Nous étions 6 amies et avons vraiment passés un bon moment. La maison est vraiment situé pas loin de la plage et du centre ville. La maison correspond tout à fait aux photos.

très jolie maison avec cuisine aménagé 3 grandes chambres dont 2 avec des lits 160 grande terrasse avec un grand barbecue idéal pour 4 adultes et 4 enfants a 5 minutes a pied de la plage et a 5 minutes du centre ville
