Beautiful detached house, classified furnished 3 stars, recently built on land 2500 m near Vallon Pont d'Arc in South Ardeche.
This 85 m² house has been fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Our choice to rent from Sunday to Sunday allows you to avoid traffic problems

Prepare to discover a corner of unspoiled nature (part of our Ibie valley is classified natura 2000) away from the crowds and noise, with beautiful walks to do from the house.
On foot, you can explore the village and venture further into the hills or follow the course of the IBIE river. By car, bicycle or motorbike, visit other picturesque villages and magnificent sites.
Near :
the Pont d'Arc Cave, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Ardèche gorges, La Beaume, Voguë, Ruoms, Vals les Bains ... You can enjoy the lively weekly markets.
Small country restaurants, others more recognized will allow you to discover the Ardèche culinary specialties prepared with local products.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem schönen großen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, besonders die Klimaanlage an heißen Tagen mit über 30Grad war sehr wertvoll. Die Abende können wunderbar auf der Terrasse mit verstellbarem Dach und Beleuchtung beim Grillen genossen werden. Gäbe es noch einen Pool im über 1000m2 großen Garten, wäre es das perfekte Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation (auf Französisch) mit dem Vermietern, sowie das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es jedoch für die Sauberkeit, bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir erst mal ordentlich Staub auf den Möbeln wischen und viele Spinnenweben an der Decke und in den Ecken entfernen. Vielleicht war das Haus vor unserer Ankunft einfach nur länger nicht bewohnt?

Sejour très agréable

Si vous souhaitez être au calme et dans une maison moderne et toute équipée, cette location est l'idéal! Très grand jardin, maison spacieuse! Les propriétaires sont adorables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir en Ardèche dans cette maison.

Magnifique et très confortable

Nous avons passé une semaine à Bastidou du cros et nous nous sommes sentis très, très bien. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin et bien plus encore. Il y a beaucoup de conseils utiles pour découvrir la région. Christiane et Emmanuel sont des propriétaires vraiment sympas qui se sont occupés de nous avec beaucoup d'attention, merci aussi à Xavier! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Notre recommandation est d'aller manger au restaurant "Au Levante" à Saint Maurice d'Ibie. A bientôt!
