Large country house, comfortable.
Located 10 minutes from Dax, 35 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton Hossegor, near the thermal baths.
On the ground floor two beautiful double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom / shower as well as wc, a laundry room, another WC, a large fitted kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, large oven, gas stove, lots of dishes) communicating with a large dining room (table 12 people) with hearth.
Living room in two parts of approximately 80 m2 equipped with a Godin stove and an insert / fireplace.
Upstairs large dormitory of 70 m2 with 5 single beds and a double bed. Magnificent view of the village.

WC on the landing
And another double bedroom.
Secure swimming pool: swings, trampoline and hut in a large 6000m2 garden. The view from the house overlooks an orchard and nature.

Great home and pool

It was a perfect stay if you have children. They have a whole floor to themselves inside and they can play at the pool for hours too. There are no immediate neighbors so nobody cares about possible noise. The location is well situated so that you don't need to drive far to see things. Close to bakeries and an Intermarche.

Week End de Pâques en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette maison avec beaucoup de charme. Bien situé près de Dax, au calme. Vaste maison qui peut accueillir une grande famille avec beaucoup d'enfants. Les extérieurs sont très agréables. Les pièces de vie sont belles avec beaucoup de cachet. Grande cuisine très commode lorsque l'on est nombreux.Il y a une piscine dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter en avril.Nous avons été bien accueillis

Très bon séjour, la maison est très agréable et grande, la piscine un peu fraîche mais nous avons relevé le challenge comme nous l’avait indiqué notre hôte. Nous avons juste eu des invités en plus … des fourmis…

Du calme et de la nature

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Gaas. La jardin est particulièrement grand et bien arboré, la piscine est bien située et sécurisée. Beaucoup d'espace dans la maison, avec des grandes pièces. Communication avec les propriétaires idéale. Seul point d'amélioration pour que ce soit parfait de A à Z : mettre à neuf quelques éléments de confort (coussins, ustensiles de cuisine) et pousser un peu plus le ménage. Nous reviendrons !

Exellent family location

The house was very spacy and nicely decorated, the Pool clean and the view over the garden was wonderful. The owners and the cleaning lady were very frienly and welcoming. We spent a peaceful and relaxed family holiday.

Calme et agréable!!!

Pour notre cours week-end entre amis, la maison était parfaite. Spacieuse et bien décorée, avec un jardin en guise de paradis. Boire l’apéro face au couché de soleil était la cerise sur le gâteau. On y reviendra!!!!

Charmant week-end

Malgré un temps humide, nous avons passé un très bon séjour même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. La maison est très grande et charmante. Nous étions trois couples et un enfant et cela était très bien. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Un de ses amis nous a accueilli pour le début et fin de séjour. Une précision dans l'annonce concernant les lits, indiquer la taille des lits si les personnes emmènent leur draps.

Ha sido un fin de semana precioso

En primer lugar, queremos dar las gracias a la familia de la Tousche por recibirnos en su preciosa casa. Hemos pasado un fin de semana de San Juan inolvidable mis padres, mi hermana y yo. Mi padre, de 84 años disfrutó como un niño y a mi madre no hubo manera de sacarla del jardín donde disfrutó de la tranquilidad y la belleza de las puestas de sol. Para ir con gente mayor, el tener dos habitaciones en planta baja es ideal. La casa es preciosa y llena de encanto. La zona muy tranquila y cuidada. Esperamos volver muy pronto con el resto de la familia porque todos se quedaron con envidia cuando les contamos lo mucho que estábamos disfrutando. Merci beaucoup de la part de toute ma famille. Nous avons passé un week end extraordinaire. Merci et à bientôt!!!

Week-end en famille à GAAS

La location est juste exceptionnelle. C'est un havre de paix idéal pour passer un Week-end en famille. Il n'a rien manqué, sauf quelques rayons de soleil lors de notre séjour. Après les formalités de réservation faites sur Abritel, nous avons eu un excellent contact avec le propriétaire. L'acceuil et le départ se sont déroulés très chaleureusement. Il y a de fortes chances pour que nous revenions.
