About this property

Towels on your back, beach and spa 100m away, garden, private parking,

Towels on your back, the beach awaits you at 100m, stop at the terrace of the café 'le grand bleu' or at the restaurant 'le poisson rouge', and at the spa. Also close to the city center, the covered market, and the walled city on foot (10 / 15mna walk). This 35m2 apartment is located in a small residence with private parking closed by a barrier and a private garden in progress. achievement (plants grow!)
Completely renovated in October 2014, it is ideal for 2 and can accommodate 4 people, with a bedroom and a 140 bed, in the main room a 160 cm bz. Household linen is provided, hand towel, sheets, duvet .. basic products are also available (salt, pepper, oil, household items ...) so that you can travel light! The principle is that who finishes a product replaces it. A garden in progress (plants grow!), where you can grill and have an aperitif.
The walks on the ledge in the evening are a delight. A coastal path (GR34) to the beach of 4 sardines for lovers of walks starts at 600m.
I will be happy to give you good tips for walks, restaurants and outings.
White sands district with its beaches, departure from the GR 34 98km coastal path from Concarneau to Clohars-Carnoët, the corniche, the Concarnois will 'cornice' on Sunday!

The Sables Blancs nautical base: nautical equipment rental, leisure sailing, windsurfing / kayaking school, paddle

The restaurants: the white sands overlooking the sea, you can also have a drink on the terrace overlooking the beach

Nicht wie im Angebot.

Ich hatte eine Ferienwohnung gebucht, die einen Balkon mit Meerblick in ihrer Ausschreibung hat. Davon war vor Ort nichts zu sehen. Die Wohnung war funktional ausgestattet aber kein Meerblick und kein Balkon. Der Ausblick ging auf ein Schulgebäude, das auch noch ziemlich schäbig aussah. Zum Strand waren es ca. 300m. Kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Très bon séjour

Hôte très accueillante. Appart. impeccable, très propre, literie SUPER. Salle d'eau fonctionnelle, faite avec goût. Cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut jusqu'au stock d'épices impressionnant. À pieds, à 10mn de la mer et d'un agréable parc verdoyant. Je recommande ! La Bretagne, ce sont des averses qui ne durent pas ; donc on a pu passer un agréable sejour avec de belles balades, Concarneau, sa corniche, sa ville close, Bénodet, Quimper, Pont l'abbé, Pont Aven aux alentours proches, charmants aussi 👍

Concarneau

Corcarneau et sa ville close est très bien à visiter, il y est très facile d'y faire ses courses ,un marché couvert ,ouvert tous les jours avec les commerçants qu'il faut , deux marchés par semaine et s'il le faut un supermarché E. Leclerc qu'on ne présente plus. il y est plutôt facile de trouver une place de parking ,dont le cout est raisonnable.Quant à la région elle est magnifique de Quimper à Pont Aven pour ne citer que ces deux là, on ne sait pas où donner de la tête tant tout cela est beau.

Très bien et bien situé

Location bien située, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. À 3 avec un enfant c'est bien en dépannage pour quelques jours mais peut-être plutôt ideal pour y séjourner à deux seulement. Très bons échanges avec Gwen en amont et accueil très sympathique par sa maman lors de l'arrivée. Je recommande.

Die Unterkunft war sehr toll, wir waren über die Ausstattung sehr positiv überrascht, auch die Umgebung bis ganz in die Bretagne hat uns sehr gefallen ... das Wetter in allen seinen Nuancen erlebt, die kulinarische Küche und auch die Leute sind sehr zugänglich gewesen, obwohl wir einige Probleme mit der französichen Sprache hatten ... aber daran arbeiten wir bis zum nächsten Jahr :O) :O) :O) ... Property was slightly smaller than we anticipated but was clean and had all the equipment we needed. A chest of drawers for clothing would be a bonus but we managed. We were fortunate with the weather which was a bonus. The "garden" was in need of some TLC but I understand Gwen was on holiday during our stay so unable to do anything before our arrival.

Eine der besten FeWos die wir je hatten

Sehr geschmackvoll und auch extrem vollständig eingerichtete kleine FeWo. Von der Spülmaschine bis zur Hummerzange alles (!) da. Kleiner Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen, dazu die Diele als Mini-Wintergarten. 8 min zu Fuß zum Strand, 10 Automin in die Stadt. Bemerkenswert nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Fazit: unbedingt empfehlenswert.
