Nice condo with lots of space for a family of 4

We had a nice stay at this condo. We had plenty of room to spread out in this condo and the 2 bathrooms were nice. Bed & pillows were comfortable. The beach chairs, beach table, football, tennis racquets and 2 small coolers were great amenities to have. The pool was nice and warm for the cold nights we had. It was nice to be able to swim and not just look at the pool. We made sure to visit the Dolphin Tiki Bar on property while there. (One of our favorite spots on Marco!)The property had enough bath towels but could use a few more beach towels. There were 2 nice beach towels and then 2 smaller ones that maybe would be good for a small child. a few more large towels would be nice.Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was perfect for our Spring Break trip! Quiet, beautiful, convenient! Bob and Carrie are wonderful hosts! Everything needed for a beach vacation was provided. I recommend this rental and any in this complex. This was our first experience on Marco Island and I couldn't have been more impressed! Thank you!

Location, Location, Location!

Being a vacation property rental manager myself I set up, rent and view a lot of properties! This two story unit is just perfect. It starts off with an easy access to unit covered parking spot which is wonderful on hot days. Florida isn't call the sunshine state because it's cold! From there it only gets better. The unit is perfectly anointed with everything you need for a great beach vacation get away. Beach chairs, rafts, boogie boards and a wagon are all available for guests use. Location..the bungalow is on the same property as Dolphin Tiki Bar and restaurant. Great food, water views and beverages with an excellent happy hour. You are within walking distance of everything Marco should you decide to leave the grounds. I found it so easy to go anywhere without much effort or stress. Gas, McDonald's, Publix extremely close. As for the interior of the unit I found it quite welcoming. Kitchen was easy to use and open. Bedroom and bathrooms were nice and clean with some new updates. I slept on the upstairs king bed and it was quite comfortable. What's also great is that the first floor room is large enough to double as a play room for the kids if you want a break but don't want to have to worry about them. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation. It's priced great and has so much to offer!
