Empfang in der Agentur und Führung zum Objekt. Lage gut, 12 min zum Strand.

Erste Eindruck, kleines Reihenendhaus, Aber Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Selbst das Geschirr und die Gläser waren teilweise nicht gespült. Klebrig wie auch das Besteck. Wir hatten trotzdem unseren Spaß. Kein Internet!!!

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances à Sainte-Maxime, très jolie petite ville! Le Logement est très bien situé, calme, adapté pour 3 à 4 personnes (pour 6 trop petit!!!) On peut se rendre à pieds aux plages et au centre ville par un chemin piéton qui coupe à travers les propriétés, très pratique! Par contre, les propriétaires du logement devraient vraiment améliorer l'état et le confort de la maison, qui est dans son "jus" comme on dit chez nous! Une forte odeur de moisi à notre arrivée qui a persisté plus d une semaine, la cuisine est extrêmement vieillote, la vaisselle est très dépareillée, il y a 3 flûtes à Champagne et un verre à vin ( pour 6 ça fait léger)...il y a de vieilles poêles et casseroles....les plaques de la cuisinière sont corrodées, les plaquards difficiles à ouvrir! Point positif: frigo neuf, four en bon état et machine à laver le linge.! Le tissu du canapé lit du salon est très taché, heureusement y a un couvre lit dessus pour cacher. Plusieurs lampes sans ampoules, des prises électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas... La piscine est à deux pas, grande, très agréable mais là aussi, on constate que les copropriétaires devraient faire des améliorations au niveau entretien général du lieu....pas de transats...juste des chaises...dallage autour abimé et rugueux....pas très confortable pour se bronzer.... On a pu transmettre nos critiques à la gérance, espérons que ça suivra auprès des propriétaires pour les futures locataires...Personnels de la gérance accueillants et sympathiques. On a malgré tous ces détails passé un très bon séjour!

Prima huisje op loopafstand van het strand en het centrum van Sainte Maxime. Inrichting / inventaris is wat gedateerd.
