Great place to stay! Well equipped, comfortable and LOTS OF ROOM! Really enjoyed it. Was a little too cool to use the pool but it looked awesome and a great outdoor activity area.

The rooms were comfortable, and the host was responsive whenever needed. The kitchen was nice and well-equipped. However, the furniture was quite dirty, which affected the overall experience. The hot tub was acceptable, though not particularly noteworthy.
Overall we had a great week. A family of 18 with one family in the cottage which was a tad inconvenient for them but they had a great time. Loved the pool, the great porches, and hot tub. Convenient to the Parkway. The main floor is big with more than enough kitchen utensils and appliances. Who needs 15 spatulas? Kidding. The downstairs bedrooms are the best and they loved their own porch and hot tub nearby. Never used the theater. Communication with Stan was easy. Bob was as helpful for a couple of minor needed fixing. We had trouble with the “splits” AC that caused some angst, but things like that happen. Hope the got them fixed for next renters. Would have liked a better description of the cottage in the listing. Oh yea, a hit was the daily visit by a Moma bear and her 4 cubs, and a juvenile bear that was daily.entertainment.
Wonderful cabin to accommodate a large group. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone and the kitchen and dining space is large enough to accommodate everyone to have a seat at a table for meals.
Very clean great property. Would definitely recommend!

First, I want to say a couple good things about the place we stayed: Structurally, it's great. And Bob, the handyman who helped us with problems, was very responsive. That said, overall we were consistently disappointed. There was lots of old upholstery that was stained and tattered. Most of the showers were marginal at best (water flow fluctuated wildly from minute to minute) and one shower was not usable at all (although Bob tried). The pool was not ready when we arrived and was green and hazy the first two days. The pool furniture cushions were old and cheap and dirty. The water in the hot tub was apparently a couple months past due being drained and refilled. The bed linens in several rooms were threadbare and stained. Some smelled bad. The ice maker and dispenser was not working on one of the refrigerators. There were a couple grills but no propane. The area isn't bad, but it is fully developed, so I wouldn't call it peaceful or serene. There are no mountain views from the lodge of consequence. The Pigeon Forge Lodge badly needs to be updated. We paid too much money to have a disappointing place to stay. Can't recommend and won't be coming back.
This cabin was the perfect place for my large family to get together and celebrate our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary.

Nice place for large group.
We had plenty of room for everyone. The grandkids loved the pool. Needs a little upgrading in keeping things up like a workable grill with bottle gas. Overall, a nice stay.
Stan was fantastic. We had a wedding and this place easily accommodated everyone. Plenty of room, the kitchen was incredibly thought out cooking for large parties. Stan was great to work with
Amazing property with all the amenities!
Would not change a thing!
Great porch that easily fits a lot of folks, and a sit down dining room that seats 25+..
Outstanding place!
Excellent seating and kitchen space for meal prep for our family of 17. Heated pool and theater room with arcade games was great entertainment for the kids and adults too. Hot tub had died prior to arrival but we were properly compensated. Timely communication with the property mgr was excellent.
Our family reunion was amazing. Great place to stay for a week. Close to everything and very roomy. Accommodate our large family without everyone crammed into cluttered rooms. Plenty of space to get away to your own room and room for all to gather in the main room. Thanks again for an awesome stay.
Everything was top notch start to finish. Communication with host was flawless. Our party had a amazing time. Property accommodationed a group of 20 adults with plenty of room for many more. We are already planning a trip to same location next year.
The property was perfect for our big group. The only issue that came up was the AC in a couple rooms but was immediately fixed. A couple of family members had unexpected issue and had to stay longer and and the manager was kind and very accommodating. Will definitely come back.
The property was perfect for our family. While we had maybe a third of the group the property can accommodate, we did have mostly adults very appreciative of the comfortable king beds and individual bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with multiple appliances and all the dishware needed. The pool (heated) was clean and refreshing and the oversized hot tub was just what everyone needed at the end of our daily adventures. Living room furniture was comfortable. I was mostly impressed with the responsiveness of the team to any questions before and during our stay. There were bear sightings on property throughout the week which thrilled our family.
As soon as I walked into the house I couldn't help but smile. The cabin was beautiful and more than enough for my business's annual retreat. We appreciate all the accommodations that came with the property (home theatre, pool, hot tub, etc) that kept us comfortable.
