THE BIG FISH ***
Pretty typical PERIGOURDINE HOUSE with POOL Stone (3 star ranking prefectural) for 6, adjoining another cottage (swimming pool with 2 cottages), THE BIG FISH *** faces the forest and allows you to enjoy total privacy with respect to other tenants and is located 8 km from Sarlat, 4 km from CARLUX, in a very large park. Enjoy the comfort and quiet of the place, while a few miles from Sarlat and therefore the major sites and the various activities offered by our department (Castles, Abyss, Caves, Gardens, etc.)
The cottage includes:
- Ground floor dining room 35m2 (sofa, two armchairs) with fireplace overlooking kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine ...), shower room and toilet.
- On the floor 3 rooms with 140 beds, a 12m2 two 8m2, bathroom and WC
- PREAU covered outside the entrance with garden furniture and barbecue
- Secure swimming pool 8x4m

Belle demeure de Dordogne

Très jolie demeure avec une vue magnifique en aval. Ginette a ete très réactive à nos demandes et a remplacé le matériel qui le nécessitait. Il serait bon d'ajouter dans l'annonce que deux des trois chambres sont en enfilade.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte très très calme. La piscine a été appréciée par les fortes chaleurs. Le gîte est bien équipé et nous n avons manqué de rien. Petit bonus le coucher de soleil depuis le gite est magnifique.

La tranquillité

Le gîte est très bien situé. La piscine est un vrai plus. Ça manque juste de rangements pour les courses La vue est magnifique et nous avons pu profiter de superbes couchés de soleil. On entend pas du tout les résidents du second gîte. Notre chien était super heureux également : la liberté. Bref, c'était vraiment chouette.

Nous avons bien appréciés ce séjour dans cette maison, au calme, avec une vue panoramique géniale vous donnant l'impression d'être au sommet d'une colline. propre mais tout est trop vieux.Cuisine envahie de fourmis, ,à l'extérieur sur la terrasse peu ensoleillée difficile de déjeuner car nid de guèpes dans la structure(trés agressives).Le logement est très sombre,lumière allumée toute la journée.La température de la piscine ne permet pas de se baigner,pourtant c'était la première semaine de septembre.Bref,pour le prix on avait espéré mieux.
