Luxury villa 5 minutes from the city center of Lajares with breathtaking views of the famous volcano of Lajares!
Modern construction in a peaceful area ideal for families, friends and couples - Kids allowed only up to 12 years old !
The villa offers many benefits, 3 bedrooms (the upper part is fully closed and is not open to rent...), the 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor with a door that separates the sleeping area from the living room. The composition of the rooms is: 2 large bedrooms with double bed 180 with direct access to the pool + 1 bathroom in front of the rooms with toilet and bath.

(+ one more toilet in main entrance) The living room benefits from a magnificent view of the calderon hondo, equipment: TV screen, DVD player, hi-fi Bluetooth/ CD with integrated audio system inside and outside the villa, modern fully equipped kitchen, heated pool (xtra fees from 01 Nov to 31 May 2024 = +15 €/day), wifi, barbecue, deckchair, outdoor table...
