Luxury villa 5 minutes from the city center of Lajares with breathtaking views of the famous volcano of Lajares!

Modern construction in a peaceful area ideal for families, friends and couples - Kids allowed only up to 12 years old !

The villa offers many benefits, 3 bedrooms (the upper part is fully closed and is not open to rent...), the 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor with a door that separates the sleeping area from the living room. The composition of the rooms is: 2 large bedrooms with double bed 180 with direct access to the pool + 1 bathroom in front of the rooms with toilet and bath.
one bedroom North side with two single beds of 90 and a bathroom with shower and toilet. (+ one more toilet in main entrance) The living room benefits from a magnificent view of the calderon hondo, equipment: TV screen, DVD player, hi-fi Bluetooth/ CD with integrated audio system inside and outside the villa, modern fully equipped kitchen, heated pool (xtra fees from 01 Nov to 31 May 2024 = +15 €/day), wifi, barbecue, deckchair, outdoor table...

This property does not offer an upstairs bedroom with separate balcony & ensuite as per the VRBO listing - all 3 bedrooms are together at one end of a hallway and the upstairs bedroom is locked and for owners use only - so extremely disappointed on arrival to discover what we had booked and expected was not what we were getting. We were 2 couples travelling together and to be immediately next door to each other was not what we had planned for in booking a large villa. That said, it is a nice enough villa. The pool was too cold to enter in December even with sunny days despite being electrically heated. I would not choose to stay again simply as its not what it says on the tin!

Stylische Villa in bester Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche zu viert in der Villa und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super: Restaurants und Bars fußläufig, tolle Geschäfte und Bäcker im Ort und traumhafte Strände mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Schön war‘s

Ein tolles Haus, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, geräumig, ruhig gelegen, mit schönen Ausblicken, großem Pool und einem einladenden Grillplatz. Wir hatten Mitte November warmes und sonniges Wetter. Verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen sind vorhanden, aber leider gab es aufgrund des tiefen Sonnenstands höchstens einen Schattenplatz auf der großen Terrasse und um den Pool. Mit z.B. einem Sonnensegel oder einem Holzpodest auf den Lavasteinen unter den Palmen ließe sich der Außenbereich besser nutzen. Im kleinen Zentrum von Lajares sind der Supermarkt, ein super Bäcker und Restaurants gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für Erholungssuchende ein idealer Spot in natürlicher Umgebung mit lockerer Bebauung.

Magnifique villa moderne au pied du volcan.

La villa est très belle , propreté irréprochable, très bien équipée , idéalement située au pied du volcan. Beaucoup d’espace de rangement et literie de qualité. Julie a assuré un accueil particulièrement top. Très bonne communication. Seul bémol , aucune décoration dans la maison. Ça rend le lieux un peu froid .

Le positif: - Maison conforme aux photos: très spacieuse, grand terrain, architecture moderne, bel espace cuisine, vue sur le volcan. - L'accueil et la très bonne communication avec Julie qui s'occupe de la maison. Les points à améliorer: - Il ne nous a pas été indiqué que la maison est entourée de plusieurs chantiers de maisons en construction. Cela occasionne des nuisances et des vues peu agréables. - Certains équipements ne sont pas au niveau de ce qui se loue dans le quartier à ce tarif, en particulier tout le mobilier extérieur: canapé sale, table pour dej/diner à bout de souffle recouverte d'un plastique pas heureux. Un petit investissement permettrait de rendre l'ensemble bien plus accueillant.

Estuvimos sin wifi todos los días porque iba fatal, sin televisión española ni nada, y sin agua hasta casi 4h, y encima llamábamos a la propietaria y nunca lo cogía, destupimos el lavavajillas porque estaba lleno de basura... y muchas cosas más.

Villa au top ! Bien placée selon nous car ni trop près de la route ni trop loin, et proche du centre de Lajares Le tout au pied d’un volcan qui nous a permis d’y monter tous les matins ! 1 ou 2 soucis techniques pendant le séjour mais Julie est réactive ! Villa très lumineuse avec ses grandes baies vitrées ! Tout équipé ! Si vous ne savez pas quoi faire Julie peut vous conseiller ! Coin très calme, en tout cas dans la période où nous y étions. Télé équipée de Netflix pour les soirées à rester chiller à la maison, mais nous n’avons pas si le faire fonctionner ;)

Magnifique villa au calme, superbe séjour. Juste dommage: dalles glissantes en sortant de l’eau.

Si vous aimez, le calme et être un peu en retrait du village, c’est la maison idéale. Au pied du volcan avec de magnifiques ballades à faire. Prêt de Coralejo et Cotillo. La maison est juste magnifique et il y a énormément de place. Tout y est. Prêt à revenir.
