Superb Norman half-timbered house in the heart of the Pays d'Auge

Located in the heart of the Normandy countryside of the Pays d'Auge, in a small, non-isolated but peaceful village.
On a plot of over 3000 m bordered by a small rû, the house of about 150 m² consists of 2 parents' bedrooms and 2 large children's bedrooms with 4 beds each. Sheets rental possible.
1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets. Very complete leisure equipment: ping pong, 2 swings, large trampoline.
An unheated but small pool, allowing it to heat quickly in the sun. Swimming pool: 8 x 4 m, depth of 120 cm which is perfect for children.
New for 2017: wifi has just been installed.
The closest neighbors are a mare and her foal. The house is on the edge of the Quevrue wood, making it possible to take very beautiful forest walks.

Met all expectations

Everything about the property was 100% The very spacious house, the large garden, the pool, and the location, nicely tucked away in the countryside but close to all amenities. We had a minor issue, but upon contacting the owner this was rectified very quickly and didn’t have any negative effect on our holiday. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to consider booking again in the future

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Herzen der Normandie

Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in der Normandie. Typisches normannisches Fachwerkhaus im Pays d‘Auge. Wir haben mit der Großfamilie den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen! Es hat alles für alle Altersgruppen. Am schönsten war der Pool und insgesamt die ruhige Lage. Allerdings muss man schon immer Zeit für die Fahrz einplanen um sich touristische Highlights in der Normandie anzuschauen.

...ein wunderbarer Ort

...abgesehen von einem Bouleplatz, hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es war schöner als die Bilder und Beschreibung schon erahnen ließen. Bar de la Fontaine leider geschlossen, kleiner Bäcker im 4 km entfernten Ort um 11 Uhr garantiert ausverkauft. Die Baguettes sind aber so gut, dass man sie auch am Vortag besorgen kann. Wer's gerne ruhig und abgeschieden , ist hier genau richtig. Eine absolut herzliche Landschaft ringsheruum

Tot rust komen in een prachtige streek.

Het huis is super charmant. We kwamen er helemaal tot rust. Voor de kinderen was echt alles voorzien (speelgoed meenemen is eigenlijk overbodig). Goede ligging om uitstappen te maken en zo de diversiteit en cultuur van het prachtige Normandië te ontdekken. Een echte aanrader dit huis.

Superbe maison parfaitement adaptée pour recevoir des familles ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour à boissey en cette fin d année avec un couple d amis et nos enfants . Super! Es fehlt nichts!

Ein wirklich wundeschönes, uraltes Bauernhaus mit großem Garten! Die Gegend ist toll und kaum touristisch. Die Gastgeber haben wirklich an alles gedacht, für unsere Kinder waren die Ferien großartig, mit Pool, Wiese, Fußballtoren, Trampolin, Schaukel, Tischtennisplatte....! Wir alle haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Gegend und Ruhe genossen und uns wirklich erholt! Vielen Dank!!!!!

Sehr schönes Haus!

In den malerischen Hügeln der Normandie liegt dieses tolle Fachwerkhaus - wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, bei sommerlichen Wetter, mit Pool, Tischtennis, Ausflügen in die Umgebung, Besuch der Küste etc. - auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Très agréable séjour !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette belle maison confortable et très bien équipée pour notre semaine de Noël en famille. Nous étions six adultes et trois enfants et nous nous sommes sentis très vite à l'aise. Les décorations de Noël avaient été préparées avec goût, pour nous accueillir. La grande cheminée a aussi été très appréciée. Les enfants ont été ravis de profiter des jeux dans la maison et dans le jardin. Merci pour cette belle semaine !

A fantasic holiday home

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks in this splendid holiday house. The house was set up perfectly for our 2 families (4 adults, 6 children) and the garden and swimming pool provided hours of entertainment. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and was very was very well equipped. Although this house is in a very quiet location (which appealed to us) the local amenities were only a short drive away. There are tons of things to do in the local area and the owner has left detailed information of places to visit. We had trips to Bayeux, the beach, DDay beaches and Falaise castle to name a few. I found the owner extremely friendly in our correspondence. I would certainly recommend this property for families who are looking to escape from it all and have a truly relaxing holiday.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Eingebettet in wild romantischer Umgebung liegt dieses wunderschöne normannische Fachwerkhaus mit riesigem Garten und Pool. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und wunderbar gemütlich. Kinder sind beschäftigt im grossen Garten, im Pool, auf dem Trampolin, auf den Velos und am kleinen Bach! Wirklich ein paradiesisches Fleckchen Erde, von dem aus die Normandie perfekt zu erkunden ist. Wir können einen Urlaub hier wärmstens empfehlen.

Fabulous

Wonderful clean, roomy house with very well equipped kitchen. 4 grandchildren aged 4-9 loved the grounds, pool, trampoline, disco area where they had band practice. 4 adults therefore had a very restful holiday, owners even laid on endless sunshine at no extra cost. Highly recommended.
