Subtle blend of mountain tradition and modern comfort, this character rental will enchant you with its charm, its level of equipment and its woody scents.

It is located in the village resort of Plagne-Champagny near the ski school, the ski area and the shops. Travel in the resort is on foot (a few minutes) or by free shuttle (a few seconds), you do not need a car during your stay. Practical: ski lockers are available to equip and remove from the slopes.

Apartment was beautiful, very well equipped with everything we needed, bedrooms are quirky but perfect for our group of 6 with a large open plan lounge / dining / kitchen which felt very spacious. Self check in was easy and great comms from the host throughout our stay so overall an excellent experience !

Cosy chalet in authentic village

Great place in a good location with great access to the la plagne ski system. We were two families with kids staying alwhich worked out really well. Bedroooms are not suited for 8 adults but with kids it was perfect,

We had a fantastic week in Champagny - the chalet is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. We loved all the wooden beams and original features. It's really cosy and welcoming. We would definitely stay again another year.

Wonderfull time ! We were 4 friends ! This would not be suitable for more adults as bunk beds in small areas . Beautiful building and kitchen well equipped! Easy walk to Gondola and we stored our skis in Ski shop .

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs sympa chez Olivier. Le chalet a beaucoup de charme et de caractĂšre mĂȘme avec ses nombreuses mansardes. Les enfants ont aimĂ© le cĂŽtĂ© « cachettes secrĂštes ». L’amĂ©nagement est adaptĂ© au nombre que nous Ă©tions (9), mais pas plus de 4-5 adultes. Tout le nĂ©cessaire en vaisselle, ustensiles
 est prĂ©sent et en quantitĂ© suffisante. Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© aussi la prĂ©sence de livres/romans et jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© pour adultes/enfants/famille. La localisation du chalet est trĂšs bien avec un accĂšs rapide et facile Ă  la station de ski. Le village est agrĂ©able et dynamique avec un office de tourisme actif. MalgrĂ© quelques avaries au cours du sĂ©jour, Olivier Ă  fait preuve d’une excellente communication, de comprĂ©hension et rĂ©activitĂ©. Notre arrivĂ©e a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien prĂ©parĂ©e.

Gezellig appartement

Ideaal appartement voor 2 gezinnen, gezellige woonkamer met grote tv, vriendelijke gastheer. Alles is aanwezig om een leuke, gezellige vakantie te ervaren. Werkpuntje is het gasvuur en oven, je kan niet alles samen gebruiken of de oven gaat in veiligheid. De boiler is wat klein om iedereen na elkaar te laten douchen. Toch raad ik dit appartement aan, wij hadden een gezellige week. De lift naar de ski pistes is op 800m en je kan er gezellig zitten op terras, leuke eetgelegenheden en betaalbaar. Wij komen terug. Bedankt aan de gastheer Olivier voor de goede opvolging.

Duplex stehend 7-9 p in authentischem Chalet - La Plagne Village Resort

Wohnung fĂŒr 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, 1 Bett ist nicht benutzbar durch zu geringer Deckenhöhe - Es sind keine 3 abgeschlossenen Schlafzimmer, alle Schlafzimmer sind miteinander verbunden, daher sollte man sich gut kennen - Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich hat kein Fenster, GerĂŒche durch den Abfluss dringen in den oberen Schlafbereich - im Winter keine Möglichkeit fĂŒr 8 Personen nasse Skikleidung zu trocknen - keine Haken an denen man etwas aufhĂ€ngen kann - zu hellhörig, so das Urlauber in einer danebenliegenden Wohnung sich beschweren

Semaine de rĂȘve Ă  Champagny-en-Vanoise

Venez en toute tranquillitĂ© chez Olivier dans ce superbe chalet de caractĂšre, typique, le bois et la pierre le rendent trĂšs chaleureux, calme, il est trĂšs lumineux et offre une vue imprenable sur les forĂȘts de sapin et Courchevel en fond de tableau, idĂ©al pour deux couples et leurs enfants, bien situĂ© avec pain /supĂ©rette Ă  moins de 100m et tous les autres commerces se font Ă  pied, pas besoin du vĂ©hicule toute la semaine, et il y a tout Ă  Champagny, village sans bĂ©ton mais avec des chalets bois, visitez Champagny-le-haut, village classĂ©, pour le ski, on y va Ă  pied, le domaine de la plagne est trĂšs grand et le secteur Champagny a de trĂšs belles pistes et bar/restaurants, Olivier est trĂšs soucieux de votre bien-ĂȘtre et vous accompagnera avant, pendant et aprĂšs votre sĂ©jour, je recommande sans hĂ©sitation

Annonce Ă  revoir

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour d’une semaine entre noĂ«l et le jour de l’an entre amis. L’appartement est bien situĂ© par rapport aux premiĂšres remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques et Ă©galement proche du centre et des commoditĂ©s. Olivier a Ă©tĂ© un hĂŽte disponible en amont du sĂ©jour et Ă©galement pendant la durĂ©e. TOUTEFOIS, nous souhaitons attirer l’attention sur certains aspects : - il s’agit bien d’un appartement dans un chalet et non d’un chalet entier, l’annonce nous a semblĂ© trompeuse Ă  la lecture et avons Ă©tĂ© surpris Ă  notre arrivĂ©e - le chalet est divisĂ© en plusieurs appartement, avec des planchers trĂšs fins. Nous pouvions entendre les voisins du dessous parler, mais le pire Ă©taient pour eux qui nous avaient au dessus de la tĂȘte (pas, bruit de chaises, musique, rire) A 9, nous avons rencontrĂ©s quelques problĂšmes avec les voisins, notamment en soirĂ©e (alors que nous faisons pas la fĂȘte) - L’annonce ne mentionne pas « pas de fĂȘte », chose que nous avions l’intention de faire le soir du 31 dĂ©cembre pour le nouvel an, mais au vu des Ă©pisodes des jours prĂ©cĂ©dents avec les voisins pour le problĂšme du bruit, le propriĂ©taire nous a demandĂ© de sortir dans le centre. - Il n’y a que deux chambres et non 3, la dite 3Ăšme chambre est sĂ©parĂ©e par un rideau. Et la 1ere et 2Ăšme chambre ne sont pas sur le mĂȘme Ă©tage mais se rejoigne via une Ă©chelle, on pourrait presque dire qu’il n’y a en rĂ©alitĂ© qu’une seule chambre. - Seuls les 2 lits doubles se font via un accĂšs « normal » les autres lits sont trĂšs exigus, avec des accĂšs en sous pente, nĂ©cessitĂ© de se mettre accroupi pour y accĂ©der, ou bien lit encaissĂ© ou proche du plafond. Il ne faut pas ĂȘtre claustrophobe ! L’annonce indique pourtant « idĂ©al entre amis » mais Ă  30 ans, on cherche un confort autre ! - La cheminĂ©e n’est pas utilisable, bien visible dans les photos sur l’annonce mais le propriĂ©taire ne souhaite pas qu’elle soit utilisĂ©e suite Ă  un incident lors d’un sĂ©jour - Le lave vaisselle n’est pas efficace et la personne qui nous a fait le check in/out nous a dit qu’en effet il n’était pas trĂšs puissant Nous avons dĂ» faire la vaisselle Ă  la main rĂ©guliĂšrement, pour 9 !

Super chalet en plein cƓur d'un village montagnard

Super sĂ©jour en famille Super Chalet rĂ©novĂ© tout en gardant le charme de l'ancien Vue sur les montagnes petit dĂ©jeuner au soleil et grand baies vitrĂ©es avec vue sur Meribel Grand espace de vie À 5mn du centre du village de champagny en vannoiqe, village typique avec de l'activitĂ© grĂące Ă  ses commerces :concert ,cinĂ©ma .... Au pied du chalet on trouve des randonnĂ©es de tout niveaux et a 30 mn on a des activitĂ©s en eaux vives: rafting, paddle ....(je recommande H2O qui sont trĂšs pro ) Bref sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able

Excellent séjour au Croeju à Champagny-en-Vanoise

IdĂ©alement situĂ©, Ă  proximitĂ© des remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques et du centre du village (sinon navette Ă  20 mĂštres de la maison pour ceux qui n’aiment pas marcher), ce beau chalet est de tout confort. Il est parfaitement agencĂ© et superbement rĂ©novĂ© en vieux bois. Tout est lĂ  pour profiter de l'aprĂšs-ski! Nous y avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able et avons eu un trĂšs bon accueil. (merci Olivier) La propretĂ© est irrĂ©prochable. Nous y reviendrons sĂ»rement en hiver comme en Ă©tĂ© afin de mieux dĂ©couvrir le magnifique parc de la Vanoise. Au cours de notre sĂ©jour, nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la boulangerie du village, l’épicerie Ă  50 mĂštres ainsi que la livraison de la raclette Ă  domicile, le restau de Toni Ă  30 mĂštres, les pistes,
 en un mot TOUT.

Un séjour de qualité

Champagny-en-Vanoise est une trĂšs belle station familiale. SituĂ© dans un trĂšs joli hameau , le chalet le Croeju, typiquement Savoyard, oĂč nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dĂ©but janvier est superbe. TrĂšs joli, spacieux, superbement amĂ©nagĂ©, il dispose d'une literie de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©. La vue sur les gorges de Champagny-le-Haut et Courchevel est splendide. Nous remercions les propriĂ©taires pour leur accueil trĂšs chaleureux.Ils sont discrets mais disponibles si besoin. De plus, ils nous ont donnĂ© d'excellents conseils pour la visite de la station et de ses alentours et surtout les bons plans raclette et terroir. Un SĂ©jour inoubliable.... Nous le recommandons
