Duplex apartment on the second floor facing the fishing harbor with stunning views.
The close proximity to the beach and the town center can do everything on foot.
This apartment is bright and warm, quiet and very well appointed with good comfort.
Tastefully decorated, while it feels immediately at home, at home.
At the first level there is a living room / kitchen with open access to a small balcony sea view very convenient for smokers because I strongly thank each to refrain from smoking inside.
The second a large master bedroom equipped with a bed in 140x190 with its own bathroom, and views of the sea.
Alongside a second bedroom with two 90x190 beds overlooking a bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
I WOULD BE ABSENT 4 MARCH 13 MARCH AND INCLUDED IN REPLY TO IMPOSSIBILITEE APPLICATIONS DURING THIS PERIOD.

Nous étions deux adultes et un petit chien.Tout est parfait dans ce logement très bien équipé et avec une vue superbe. En bonus, deux salles d'eau !La vue sur l'avant-port est magique et Granville est une ville très agréable. Aucune difficulté pour se garer sur le parking gratuit à proximité. Communication très agréable avec Patrick le propriétaire du logement. Merci à lui.

Appréciation mitigée du fait d une annonce erronée

Wifi inexistant alors que le titre de l annonce précisait sa présence lors de la réservation, ce qui s est avéré très ennuyeux puisqu il etait prévu de teletravailler sur le lieu. Aucune solution proposée pendant les 3 semaines de présence et très peu de contact/suivi de la part du propriétaire... Appartement situé sur le port donc assez central, à noter la présence su restaurant au rdc. Appartement sur 2 étages, très belle vue sur le port du salon. L une des 2 chambres franchement sommaire, plutôt destinée à des enfants.

Vivre au rythme des marées

Idéalement situé avec vue sur le port de pêche et la mer, appartement confortable et bien équipé. Par contre, il faut aimer les escaliers aussi bien en ville que dans l'appartement. Le propriétaire, très aimable, nous a très bien reçu et renseigné sur Granville.

Wir verbrachten sehr schöne 8 Tage im Appartement. Die Lage ist für einen Aufenthalt in Granville ideal. Zum Stadtstrand 500 Meter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Öffentliche Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Im Regelfall bekommt man einen in der Nähe. Tolle Sicht zum Hafen. Mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe. Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Gepflegte Ausstattung, Keine billigen Möbel. Qualität der Betten ist gut. Sehr geräumige Schränke. Internetanschluss vorhanden. Patrick ist absolut netter Vermieter. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da.

Location très propre et très bien située face au port; le propriétaire est très arrangeant et disponible; l’emplacement est idéal pour se balader à pieds car proche des commerces et de nombreuses balades autour de la vieille ville. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Great apartment in a great location

Love this place and love the town of Granville. Great location as walking distance to all shops you could ask for. If you want to eat out then there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Great views of the harbour and all the fishing boats coming and going. Good kitchen if you want to cook and all the basics for a comfortable stay whatever the time of year. Patrick was a very good genial host. You must vist Granville for the seafood if nothing else.

Très bel appartement en duplex donnant sur l'avant port de Granville avec une vue imprenable sur le mouvement des bateaux; meublé avec goût, spacieux avec deux grandes chambres et deux salles d'eau, très bien équipé, très bon accueil en toute confiance. Les points forts sont la vue sur le port et sa situation au centre ville. Aucun problème pour garer sa voiture en dehors des heures d'affluence aux restaurants. Nous le recommendons vivement.

Appartement très bien situé pour tout faire à pied dans granville. Pas besoin de voiture. Très belle vue sur le port..on apprécie les commerces et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons aimé aller déjeuner au Salon de thé "picorette" Dommage la machine à laver ne marche pas!!! Il y a deux douches malheureusement une est défectueuse!!!un peu déçue du rapport qualité /prix

Au rythme des marées.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce logement très agréable et confortable même si les escaliers nous ont rappelé que nous manquions cruellement d'exercices. Une magnifique vue sur le port qui nous fait voir un paysage sans cesse changeant avec en prime le soleil au rendez-vous. Une fois garé juste devant l'immeuble, vous pouvez oublier la voiture le temps de votre séjour, tout se fait à pied, à peine quelques minutes du centre ville, il ne manque rien. A deux pas du logement, nous avons pu apprécier "Le petit Mareyeur", quell regal d'avoir des fruits de mer à portée de mains. Pour ceux qui hésitent encore, je peux vous affirmer que nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et pour ses très bons conseils sur les restos des alentours.

Appartement conforme aux photos: à la fois fonctionnel, bien équipé, chaleureux et bien décoré. La vue sur le port avec les marées est un véritable spectacle qui captive les enfants, pas besoin de Tv... Pas recommandé pour les moins de 3 ans à cause de l'escalier en hélice. Le resto au pied de l'immeuble est excellent! Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Bel appartement très lumineux et bien équipé.sa proximité du centre ville commerçant, de la ville haute, du port, la possibilité de garer la voiture juste devant l'immeuble sont des atouts très appréciés. Le propriétaire est joignable et prêt à remédier au moindre problème si besoin. Le séjour paraît trop court car l'on prend vite ses habitudes dans cet appartement et dans son environnement

l'appartement proposé correspond tout à fait au descriptif, avec en prime l'aspect 'chaud' du parquet, des murs bardés de pin et du mobilier en bois; équipement très complet(sauf peut-être qqes verres à vins si on reçoit des amis), agencement commode et ni trop petit ni trop grand, décoration sobre mais de qualité, bref PARFAIT! Propriétaire sympa, disponible et accueillant.
