Condo is located in 2nd floor of 3 story building. 2nd Floor Laundry Room nearby with 4 washers/dryers. Plaza Condominiums have 2 elevators and numerous sets of stairs to access condo. Secured, covered parking structure adjacent to condo building. There are steps from parking structure to condo building.

RULES: (per "The Plaza HOA" and Local Governments):
1)NO SMOKING PLEASE!!! inside condo, lobby areas or outdoor areas of Plaza complex.
2)SMALL PETS ONLY allowed ON APPROVAL; and must be Certified "Emotional Support Animals" ("ESA") or "Certified Service Dogs".
3)This Condo is NOT a SHORT TERM RENTAL ("STR"). Both "The Plaza Condominium Association" and the City Of San Diego require a 31 day+ minimum stay.
