We carefully selected every detail to bring you a peaceful place to unwind from a sunny day at the beach.

DETAILS:

Moore Sunny Daze is nestled alongside Scenic Gulf Dr. and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with spectacular side beach views of the Emerald Coast. Located in building 1 on the 4th floor (top) close to the stairs and elevator. Quick walk to the front pool and beach access.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps 8):
- Master Bedroom - King bed, private bathroom, and balcony access
- Guest Bedroom - King bed, direct access to full bathroom
- Guest Bedroom - Bunk beds and shared hallway bathroom
- Living Room- New queen sleeper sofa

Living room and both king bedrooms include flat screen TVs and Blu-ray/DVD players.
WIFI throughout.

We hope you enjoy our fully equipped kitchen that features granite, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. New stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, and range complete the kitchen. You will find everything you need to prepare lunch or a big family dinner. We have also stocked our place with board games, small beach cooler, beach toys, and more. Stack-able washer and dryer complete this condo.

BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED:

There's no need to drag your own beach chairs and umbrella to the beach. We've taken care of that for you. We offer 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas starting mid-March through late October (weather permitting). The beach attendants are friendly and ready to help you.

MARAVILLA:

Is a gated community that offers 2.5 acres of private sugar white sand beaches. Two pools (one heated during the winter), hot tub, basketball, BBQ grills, and fitness center. We also have a tennis courts, and 2 dedicated pickleball courts. Quick access from both Hwy 98 and Scenic Gulf Dr. makes coming and going very convenient. Located near grocery stores and world-class shopping and dining that Destin has to offer.

NEARBY:

With in approximately 3 miles, you will find Winn-Dixie, Wal-Mart, and Sandestin Outlet Mall. Enjoy lunch or dinner at Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, Surf Hut, or Kenny D's, to name a few.

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I spent a few days here and it was just what we needed. Very very clean and neat. You can tell it’s a well cared for condo. Well stocked with everything you need. Short walk to the beach with beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you to relax and enjoy your day! Loved it!

Wonderful beach getaway

We had an amazing time last week staying at this Condo and we will definitely be back! Conveniently located to the beach and Pompano Joes restaurant. The included beach chairs and umbrella service was a great addition. Tim and Ashley are attentive and quick to resolve any problems. Thank you for a great time!

My family and I had a great time. The location was great and the place was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware. Also, having a washer and dryer was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

This was a great condo at Maravilla. We’ve stayed in this complex for the last 7 years and each condo has been nothing but amazing. The beach toys were helpful to have, we even left a few for the next guest. There is no beach cart, but thankfully the our kids are old enough to carry what they need. A few things could use some attention. The pans could be replaced - they are no longer no stick and are warped. There is no blow dryer, which wasn’t a big deal- we just are used to having those in the room. We will be back for sure!
