Magnificent renovated house for lovers of authenticity and old stones.
It is one of the oldest houses in this sought after area which is located in the heart of the magnificent pink granite coast, above the Landrellec peninsula, just 200m from the sea and 800m from the beaches.

With a capacity of 6 people, with an area of 120m2, it offers 4 bedrooms with a beautiful sea view upstairs, 2 bathrooms (bath and Italian shower), 2 WCs, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a large garden of 1200M2 and a closed annex room for storing bikes.
For cars it is possible to park in the driveway.
The living room of 45 m2 is very bright and gives direct access to a large sunny terrace facing south and to the fully enclosed garden with trees.
We provide complete and very good quality equipment:
Appliances: Oven, Microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large 5-burner hob, coffee maker, toaster, food processor, baby cook, etc.
We also offer free of charge all childcare equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub ...)
Multimedia: flat screen TV, TNT, Blue ray player, broadband internet, Wifi.
Garden Furniture: Teak table and chairs, lounge chairs, Weber BBQ, umbrellas, cushions.

Very clean & tidy with a warm welcome from Madame Le Tiniez.

Madame Le Tiniez was very helpful in showing us key places to visit in the locality. The kitchen is very well equipped & all facilities worked well. The area is delightful & our Australian friends who accompanied us were very impressed.

Two weeks in Plemeur-Bodou

The property was lovely, and we were well looked after by the very friendly and attentive Mrs Le Tinevez. We stayed with our two teenagers, who each had their own room and had plenty of space to themselves. The wider area is lovely for walking, especially around the coastal paths. It’s not an area with a lot of British visitors, and occasionally we felt a little out of place. But overall we had a lovely time - recommended.

L'accueil est parfait; la maison confortable, très familiale, (c'est à dire que tout est un peu hétéroclite. On sent qu'on a vécu ici et remplacé au fur et à mesure la vaisselle, le linge.Cela n'empêche pas que ce soit tout à fait fonctionnel.)La maison est vaste Nous étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants et aurions pu être facilement 6ou7. Le jardin est agréable , y compris pour les enfants qui peuvent y jouer sans problème.Il faut une voiture absolument pour accéder au centre-ville et aux restaurants, ainsi qu'aux plages.Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances car la région est belle et très riche en activités pour les enfants, sans compter, évidemment, la côte de granit rose!

Hôte très arrangeant et avenant. Nous étions un groupe de 5 personnes, dont une partie a randonné le long du sentier des douaniers. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison a beaucoup de charme et est très fonctionnelle. Idéale pour une famille avec de grands ados ! Idéalement située entre Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, Lannion… pour faire de belles randonnées sur le sentier des douaniers. Avec en prime un magnifique soleil ! Hübsches Haus mit Charme

Sehr schönes bretonisches Haus, gut eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Wir waren etwas spät mit der Ankunft, wg. Baustellen und Stau. Gegen 18.30h wurden wir sehr herzlich von Vincent empfangen. Madame hatte Crêpes für uns gebacken und gleich wurden uns der Weg zum Supermarkt und Wochenmarkt erklärt. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche bei großartiges Wetter.

Nice end-of-summer vacation at Cote de Granit Rose

The house (style of an old Brittany fishermen cottage) was very nice, had a lot of space (even when travelling with more people) and was fully equipped with everything one needs, e.g. for cooking. Outside facilities allow BBQ or just relaxing. It is situated very close to the coast (5 .. 10 minutes walk) in the center of the famous Cote de Granit Rose - probably the prettiest place at the northern Brittany coast. The owners were very freindly - providing some freshly baked crepe for our way back ;o) We really recommend this house !!!

nous avons passé 3 très belles semaines dans cette maison, propre, confortable, de belle taille et très bien située. Le jardin est grand et magnifique. La terrasse équipée de transats et d'une table et parasol très agréable. très belles vues depuis la maison. La région ne demande qu'à être découverte. Il y a de quoi faire tous les jours: à pieds, en bateaux, ou à vélo (mais attention côté vallonnée). l'accueil a été parfait. le seul petit bémol est la situation de la maison en bord de route: un peu bruyant dans la journée. En revanche route peu passante et donc très calme la nuit. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Superbe maison très grande et très confortable qui ne manque vraiment de rien. Très beau jardin

Deux semaines de vacances en ce début septembre sous un soleil éclatant qui nous a permis de visiter cette superbe région et la proximité du village de Ploumanach 1er village de France fut un plaisir extrême. Madame Marylene Le Tivenez nous y a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et ses informations sur la région son expérience du tourisme nous ont beaucoup apporté dans nos balades près de la mer et les villages à visiter.
