Ski in /Ski out condo. Great location w/ lift and trail outside your door!

Ski-in and Ski-out, end unit condo in Birchwood --you can't get closer to the trail! The Birches trail is right outside the door and you are only a few yards away from Snubber mid-station lift. Modern, cozy, and comfortable! This 2-bedroom is great for a family with the Sugartree pool and hot tubs next door and a short 5 minute walk to the Beach. Enjoy everything Sugarloaf has to offer from this centrally located spot on the mountain.

THE CONDO
Family-friendly, the condo is located on the ground floor with a private entrance. It was just updated and has the classic charm of post-and-beam construction with exposed natural wood. The condo offers a mudroom with plenty of storage room for coats and ski-gear.

The open and airy main living space includes a gas fireplace, leather couch and matching chair, and armchairs. Two large picture windows look out onto the Birches trail, providing a great view of the activity on the mountain, and a flat screen TV also provides entertainment for a quiet night in. The kitchen features an roomy eat-in counter/island with seating for four, as well as all the amenities to keep everyone full after a long day on mountain. The condo has a full bath with tub/shower combination. One bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. Both rooms have built-in bureaus and a closet, providing ample storage space. The couch in the living room offers a pull-out full bed.

THE LOCATION
The condo is centrally located, just a few yards from the Sugarloaf Health Club, which features an exceptional fitness center and racquetball court. You can pamper yourself after a full day of skiing, golfing, or hiking at the club’s pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and steam room (for a slight fee). Best location in Sugarloaf and a great sport to enjoy everything Carrabassett Valley has to offer!

Walk across the Birches trail to the Shipyard Brew Haus for some great après ski. You’ll find great eats (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), a good selection of Maine brews, or just pick up a pizza and walk it back to the condo (they will deliver it, too!).

The Sugarloaf village/base lodge is just a short walk, or a quick shuttle ride away. You’ll find a variety of dining and nightlife options like The Bag, Widowmaker, or Hunker Down. You can peruse the shops and stock up on supplies at the Mountainside Grocery Store.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We loved to convenience of the location- perfect ski in/out and the kids loved the easy access to the pool. Ramiro was super attentive and quickly responded to any questions we had. Looking forward to staying again next season!

Awesome ski on / ski off location

You can't get much closer to a ski trail then this. And the rec center is literally right there, a stones throw from the condo which came in very handy for access to the hot tub and spa. This location is as good as it gets for ski in ski out access and we would be happy to stay here again.

Super location. Right across from the Sugarloaf Inn and above the fitness center. You can literally ski from the door to the lift. Very clean condo. In case you plan on cooking, note that the kitchen and stove is a bit dated. Otherwise, a great place for a few friends or a small family.

Amazing location!

Our family of 5 loved our stay here! The location was perfect. We stepped outside of the condo, put on our skis and skied right from the door to the Snubber mid station lift. Couldn’t have been better. We were also a 5 second walk to the fitness center where we could enjoy the pool and hot tubs. We had everything we needed for the five of us and brought a twin air mattress for our littlest so we could still use the living room for socializing after the kids went to bed. The kids also loved the late night sledding scene on the hill right next to the condo.

Perfect for a socially-distanced vacation

Condo is in an super convenient location next to the Snubber chair, just above the mid-station. Easy to literally ski-in/ski out for lunch and bathroom stops. The bedrooms had plenty of closet and drawer space, and the beds were very comfortable. The heat from the gas fireplace made the space cozy and warm after a long day of skiing. All in all, a very relaxing vacation!

The property was lovely, steps away from the Snubber mid-station, wonderful location. Kind of tight with two big dudes and a small girl, wouldn't recommend more than 4-5. Clean great communication with the owner, would definitely stay here again.
