Located south of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park in Payzac (10 min from Les Vans and 30 min from the Gorges de l'Ardèche) this pretty little independent house with a capacity of 4 people is for weekly rental in summer or at the weekend outside the summer season.
With an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, oven, fridge, washing machine), a living room with TV and Hi Fi, two bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds), a terrace with breathtaking views, this cottage is an ideal place for a discovery weekend or a week of relaxation. Tiny gîte, but has everything you need. In the middle of nowhere, so you can really relax, nearest Towns are Les Vans and Lablachère to buy groceries. Very good restaurants nearby, Lots of well indicated walk, great pool, ….

Beautiful little town and views

Amazing location. House is authentic, nice garden and pool. The owner and his father are really friendly and helpful people. Enjoyed every minute there!

Great property in an idyllic location

Wonderful property and owners. Superb rural location however short walk or even shorter drive to shop/cafe/restaurant. We would happily return.

Perfect outdoors

It was a fantastic property and location. But the bedrooms are very small - minimal storage space, no space down the side of the double bed so had to edge round it. It was extremely hot during our stay and the lack of space and air flow made the nighttimes difficult. Daytimes outdoors however were a real treat - shady terrace with stunning views and a lovely, clean and big pool. Lovely.

Superb view on the beautiful terrace of a charming tiny and old house. The interior is expedient. The kids loved the pool!

Nice swimming pool and fantastic view

We had a very nice week here. Every morning and evening we had a swim in the swimming pool. The water temperature was 20+ Celsius. In the evenings we had dinner at the balcony which had a lovely view over the surroundings. predator birds flying over. From the house there is a nice walk to the fossil dinosaur permanent exposition. Good times!

Het huisje is prima. Voorzien van alle noodzakelijk dingen. Soms wat klein, maar je leeft toch buiten op het terras. Uitzicht vanaf het terras was heerlijk. Zwembad was zalig vooreen luie dag. Gastheren kwamen het zwembad verzorgen en waren uiterst voorkomend.

Einmalige Aussicht

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Barsac. Absolute Ruhe und Einsamkeit! Die Aussicht ist einmalig und unbeschreiblich! Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen in dem es an nichts fehlt. Alles in allem genau das was für ins einen gelungenen Urlaub ausmacht!

Absolut erholsamer Aufenthalt in traumhafter Umgebung

Komfortable Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool und traumhaftem Ausblick. Absolute Ruhe und beste Betreuung durch den Vermieter Sebastien. Trotz ländlicher Umgebung sind ein Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäft in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Für Erholungssuchende eine absolute Empfehlung!

traumhafte Ferienwoche

Anfang August 2023 verlebte unsere Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ardeche. Nach einer turbulenten Woche in Cannes, genossen wir die Abgeschiedenheit und die Vorzüge eines wirklich schönen Ferienhauses. Lage, Aussicht und Ausstattung (außer Schere ;-)) sind einfach vorzüglich und der Pool fantastisch. Die Einweisung und Betreuung durch Sebastien war sehr gut und seine Tipps hilfreich. So genossen wir unsere (für die Gegend) obligatorische Paddeltour nicht auf der überfüllten Ardeche sondern auf der sehr reizvollen Chassezac. Alles in allem eine tolle Woche. Danke.

Wunderschön zum Entspannen

Sehr schön, wir haben Haus mit Pool sehr genossen, Sébastien und seine Eltern herzlich und zuvorkommend. Für alle Strecken Café, einkaufen etc. braucht man ein Auto.

Entspannung und Genuss pur

Es dauerte etwas bis wir das Haus Nr. 62 gefunden und Kontakt aufgenommen haben, danach war alles easy und entspannt,. Am Rande eines kleinen Natursteindorfes genießt man einen ungestörten traumhaften Blick über die Landschaft, findet Abkühlung pur im Pool unf genießt das auf der Planscha schnell und lecker zubereite Mahl mit heimischen Produkten. Das Badezimmer war etwas beengt, der Rest optimal eingerichtet. Über die traumhafte Region Ardèche muss man nichts mehr schreiben. Schade war, dass wir das Haus nur für eine Woche genietet haben, wir wären gerne noch geblieben.
