Near the town of Lablachère - Ardèche du Sud

Small new villa of 70 m² in Ardéchois style, composed of 2 rooms with a capacity of 4 adults and 1 child bed (5 years max); large 25m x 3m swimming pool (to be shared with the owners) on a calm, leafy south-facing plot.

Located in the village, this single-storey villa (independent from that of the owners by the awning), provides comfort and relaxation with an exceptional panoramic view of the Ardéchoises mountains.

Near Vans, Joyeuse and approx. 30 km from the Ardèche gorges.
Close to many tourist sites, hiking and mountain biking trails, famous villages, famous caves, regional markets, etc.

The villa consists of:

- A bedroom with a 200x200 bed (sheets supplied), chest of drawers and a small child's bed (60x120) (sheets not supplied)
- A click-clack (130x190) in the main room (sheets not provided)
- Kitchen equipped with induction hob; Bathroom with shower ; separate wc
- Outdoor awning with plancha, garden furniture and terrace overlooking the pool
- Private parking for vehicle

Smokers will be asked to smoke outside.

Late August visit

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in Planzolles. The house was perfect for two and the outside space was beautiful! We felt very welcome and enjoyed picking figs, peaches and tomatoes from the garden.

Agnes et pierre sont des hôtes comme on en voit peu avec un cœur gros comme ça. Je souhaite aux futurs locataires de les rencontrer et surtout de passer du temps avec eux. En ce qui concerne la location, rien a redire pour ma part avec un gros coup de cœur pour la piscine et la vue. Dès que je revient dans le coin je passerai les voir.

Maison tout confort avec vue sur les monts ardéchois et accueil convivial

Très belle découverte que nous a offert ce logement: vue magnifique, logement spacieux, confortable et bien aménagé avec un patio couvert et une terrasse ombragée. Un couloir de nage superbe (25 x 3 m) pour faire des longueurs et admirer le paysage. Accueil chaleureux et convivial des hôtes qui nous ont fait profité de leur bons conseils. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison avec piscine, vue magnifique que nous avons de la maison , terrasse et piscine! Tout était parfait : l'accueil des propriétaires , très sympathique, qui nous indique en plus des activités et coins insolites! Tous les équipements a disposition : cafetière, grille pain, machine a laver, fer à repasser, climatisation.... Tout confort!! Pleins d'activités à faire autour... Nous reviendrons!!

Notre séjour mérite un 5*: - la région est splendide et regorge de sites magnifiques à visiter - la maison est pratique, moderne (avec Clim), bien aménagée et propice à des vacances en famille - la piscine de +25m offre des moments de détentes, se prête à ceux qui apprécie de nager et est adaptée aux enfants - la vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle - l’intimité est garantie Et pour parfaire ces vacances hors du temps, Agnès et Pierre, nos hôtes, qui nous ont assuré des vraies vacances sans tracas : depuis la réservation dans la communication, à l’accueil chaleureux le jour J, en passant par les moments conviviaux autour d’un verre et les bons conseils/bons plans. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Planzolles sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Erwachsene, bei mehr wird das Badezimmer etwas eng. Die Aussicht ist herrlich, die Lage ruhig und der Pool von 28m ist super, auch für Leute die sportlich schwimmen möchten. Die Gastgeber sind diskret, freundlich und geben gerne hilfreiche um Tips um die Gegend, und Restaurants zu entdecken. Wir hatten einen entspannenden 2 Wochen Urlaub wie nie zuvor.

Un petit coin de paradis !

Super séjour ! Emplacement idéal avec une vue à couper le souffle. Il y a plein d'activités à faire à proximité (rivière, rando, grotte, canoë, visite fromagerie...) La piscine est top les enfants en ont bien profité. Le gîte est pratique et spacieux. La clim était la bien venue dans cette période de canicule. Un grand merci à Pierre et Agnès qui nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et nous ont donné de précieux conseils adaptés à la famille et nos envies pour nos sorties et activités. Nous reviendrons 😉👌👍

Un petit coin de paradis

Agnès et Pierre nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Ils nous ont conseillé quelques endroits de promenade et les marchés autour de Planzolles. Le gîte est très bien équipé. La piscine est très chouette pr les enfants qui savent nager. La vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Juste à côté du gîte, il y a une fromagerie, une épicerie (très pratique pour le pain et le dépannage) et un resto qui a ouvert cet été.

Zeer mooi en goed gelegen en goed ingericht vakantiehuis met fantastisch zwembad en supervriendelijke eigenaars. Snel even te voet naar de bakker is niet mogelijk (6 km). Ideaal voor zowel een rustige als een sportieve (wandelen - ...) vakantie. Wij komen terug

Excellent stay in Planzolles

Fantastic location with a great terras overlooking the valley from sunrise to sunset. Great swimming pool: 25m! Ideal for refreshing and doing lengths. Hosts were extremely friendly and a great source of information for trips, secret spots in the Ardèche and restaurants. In other words, a perfect stay.

Avec ma femme nous aurons passé un merveilleux séjour. Vue panoramique exceptionnelle et bien situé, proche de Joyeuse et Les Vans. Des propriétaires très accueillant, qui partageront leurs conseils pour les activités, randonnées et avec qui on aura pu partager de bons moments tout en conservant notre intimité. Belle location dans un bel endroit reposant et accueillant !

Simplement, Merci aux propriétaires pour cet accueil chaleureux, et cette belle location que nous avons particulièrement appréciée, pour son calme, son environnement et ses prestations. La piscine qui n'est pas réservée au simple barbotage, procura beaucoup de plaisir aux nageurs. Quant au jardin avec ses cigales, sa terrasse plein sud donnant sur une vue magnifique, vous fera peut être tout comme nous, oublier qu'il y a non loin de quoi sortir. Amoureux de la nature ou sportifs à ne pas manquer..... Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute pour profiter d'une autre saison, de la qualité des lieux et de ses hôtes.
