this lovely restored house with every comfort, with 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine, a large living room, a large bathroom and 2 terraces, waiting for you to spend holidays in the countryside, 2 steps of a village classified and character, with stunning views of the Ardeche.
You will have a large open garden of 2500m2, with parking in the immediate vicinity of the house for 2 cars.
Access 5 minutes walk to the beach and the medieval village.
