South Ardèche, located near the village of Joyeuse, beautiful villa on one level with a terrace of 120 m2, 1 gas griddle and pool 7.30 x 3.75 on plot of 1700 m2 in very quiet and soothing environment.

House of 100 m2 including a living room of 53 m2 with lounge (recent LED TV, WIFI) and kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher), 2 bedrooms with bed 140 + 1 bedroom with bunk bed 140 + bed 90, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with Italian shower 2 people and 1 washing machine.

Séjour 08/23

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici. Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques, l'enregistrement et le départ ont été simples. Les hôtes étaient toujours disponibles pour répondre à des questions. La maison est très joliment meublée et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nos enfants ont adoré la piscine, ils ont adoré jouer ici. Il y a aussi des jeux et des livres dans la maison, pour que vous puissiez vous occuper même lorsque le temps est mauvais. Nous avons fait de nombreux voyages, la région est magnifique, il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire, surtout si vous aimez être dehors. Merci beaucoup :-).

Un endroit magnifique et des hôtes aux petits soins

Superbe séjour

Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour. Nous avons apprécié le confort du logement, situé au calme et très bien équipé, les propriétaires qui sont vraiment très gentils, à l'écoute et bienveillants, ainsi que les magnifiques paysages et multiples activités aux alentours (canoë, châteaux, grottes, plage...). Notre fils de 4 ans a adoré profiter de la piscine (qui est ouverte mais totalement sécurisée) et s'occuper des animaux (nourrir le chat et les poissons, et aller chercher les oeufs franchement pondus par les poules). C'était vraiment top!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille Tout y est: Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil. La maison est superbe, et tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent (+) Les enfants ont adorés donner à manger aux poissons , et pouvoir ramasser les œufs des poules Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible pour vous reposer et profiter de la piscine, allez y les yeux fermés !

Calme et idéalement située

Une propriété tres belle mais pas du tout adapté pour les enfants en bas age ,la piscine non couverte est un réelle danger pour les enfants ,les propriétaires sont un peu trop présent (5 jours /7) et les réflexions tout les jours sur ce qu il faut faire et ne pas faire nous ont un peu déranger, nous pouvons comprendre que c est leur résidence principale mais dans ce cas il vaut mieux refuser les familles avec des enfants en bas âges ,effectivement il touche à tout mais nous aurions remis tout en place à la fin du séjour ,hormis cela le coin est magnifique ,très bon restaurant ,cave à vin à proximité, beaucoup de chose à faire et à visiter au alentours
