The house has lots of charm and has an independent entrance with an electric gate and is completely fenced and not overlooked.
The terrace has a lovely view of the mountains, the Mas de Clergues district and the Salagou valley. It is covered by a trellis which provides shade in summer.
The interior is very bright and warm. A pellet stove provides comfortable heat in winter without maintenance. The house is well insulated which allows for an ever cooler temperature indoors.
There is a garden to relax, barbecue ...
