Enjoy a quiet stay tucked away in our 3BR, 2BA beautifully decorated, ground level home in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Our Hidden Treasure (MH section) is less than a 5-minute golf cart or bicycle ride the 20 private beach entrances in this award winning resort. Two living rooms, two dining areas, three bedrooms including a master bedroom (king bed) with an on-suite full bathroom, a second comfy king bed room and a children/teen room with (2) SETS of twin wooden bunk beds and a second full bathroom nearby. When you return from the beach, we have an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Enjoy the attached screened in back porch, outdoor back patio with gas grill and picnic table or enjoy the large front deck. If you are in the mood to relax we have five (5) premium cable TVs, Roku, board games and complimentary 2G & 5G Spectrum WiFi. We are a few steps from Lake Emily, one of 8 fresh water lakes within Ocean Lakes where you can drop a line and fish. Enjoy multiple playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffle board courts, corn hole, miniature golf and recreation and nature centers with supervised activities for children.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. RENTERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A SEPARATE $500 DAMAGE DEPOSIT VIA CHECK WITH SIGNED CONTRACT OR VIA VRBO DEPOSIT. DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE AND all rules and Ocean Lakes policies per the contract are followed, and if no fines or violations are assessed by Ocean Lakes during your stay. Instructions for paying the Damage Deposit will be emailed to you with your house rental contract. WE ALSO REQUIRE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT SIGNERS STATE ID OR PASSPORT.
2. There is a $12/day/vehicle charge per day paid to the resort 2 weeks prior to arrival. $15/day/vehicle if purchased less than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
3. WE DO NOT RENT A GOLF CART. Bring your own or rent directly from Ocean Lakes Golf Cars. https://www.oceanlakes.com/services/golf-car-sales-rentals/
4. We rent to individuals 27 years of age or older. WE REQUIRE COPY OF STATE ID WITH SIGNED CONTRACT and a list of individuals staying in our home. Person contracting property must be on site the entire duration of stay.
5. FROM JUNE TO AUGUST WE RENT SUNDAY TO SUNDAY ONLY.

LINEN INFORMATION:
We provide clean pillows with liners, mattress pads and kitchen towels. BED LINENS, BEACH TOWELS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Linens and towels should be brought by guest or we can arrange for rental linens through a third party vendor.

We want each guest to have the same experience of a clean, well maintained home. Due to allergies, an amount of extra preparation for next guests, we do not allow pets.

We welcome CLEAN and respectful families. We work hard to keep it up to date, well maintained and clean. No smoking/vaping of any kind inside house
We do not rent to house parties including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring breakers, or other non-family groups.
A $500 damage deposit to be paid at time of contract signing. The deposit is fully refundable with no damages/excessive cleaning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very clean, very well kept home. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The Park well as clean as we have ever seen and it too was very well maintained. We enjoyed many of the amenities that the Park had to offer, and the grandkids had an absolute blast.

Cozy Beach Home

Lori did an exceptional job with communicating! She sent the code to us within 36 hrs prior to arrival and the key was in the lock box. It was a very smooth check in. Kitchen was fully stocked with pot, pans, dishes, silverware and very nice coffeemaker for a rental. The kids loved the nice books in their room for night reading and there were also some games. The beds were comfortable and the porch and outer rooms were great getaways from the noisier living areas, when you would want to escape or check emails. The street was very quiet with only a few friendly neighbors around sometimes. It was the perfect place to stay with the family and wasn't cramped. Thank you, Lori and family, for hosting your nice home!

I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT RENTING THIS HOUSE. BUT, I AM SO VERY GLAD I DID .THIS HOUSE IS EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE AND MORE. THE KITCHEN WAS NICE. THE BEDROOMS WERE VERY BIG. Ocean lakes vaca

We really enjoyed staying at this house it was clean and spacious. We loved ocean lakes driving around on the golf cart and going to water park and beach. The area the house was in was clean and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and a gas grill. It was nice to cook after being at pool or beach all day and not go out.

Awesome Vacation!

We loved staying here during our vacation to Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach! The pictures are an accurate representation of the property. Everything was extremely clean, and well maintained. The owners are very responsive to any questions you may have, and gave us check-in and check-out instructions ahead of time which was very helpful. We bought groceries for the week, and cooked and/or grilled just about every night. The home has everything that you need to be able to cook. Having a washer and dryer available was also a great plus! There were 6 of us staying (2 adults & 4 kids) and we never felt cramped for space. The kids absolutely loved staying here, and loved everything there is to do in Ocean Lakes. I haven't been to Ocean Lakes in probably over 10 years, and the improvements to the pool areas were amazing! We loved the water slides, lazy river, and the splash zone area that is much like a water park for smaller kids. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We had an amazing vacation!

Perfect spot in Ocean Lakes!

We had such an amazing time in this beautiful house! Lori was super friendly and made us feel great about our choice before we even checked in! Great spot in Ocean Lakes, both being close to the action and tucked away on a quiet street(great for the kids to ride their scooters)! Highly recommend and would stay here again! Our family purchased our home in May 2018. We love Ocean Lakes Family Campground. We have traveled from Ohio as both RV guests and beach house renters for many years. We have personal experience on what makes a comfortable rental.



Why they chose this property

Our property is a ground level home in one of the original sites in Ocean Lake. It is on a quiet, palm tree lined street with a yard. What makes our property enjoyable is that it is a quick golf cart or bike ride to the beach or one of many resort amenities. During the summer months at Ocean Lakes, it is very busy including fireworks until late hours on the beach. With our property, you can return to your quiet sanctuary after a day of adventure.
