Summary:
Book Directly with Central Oregon Vacation Homes. Wildflower Getaway is close to everything Bend has to offer! Our place is good for adventurers, business travelers, families and dogs!!! Safe neighborhood with a fully fenced back yard. Set on 3/4 acre with a fenced back yard, large deck, Hot Tub, fully stocked kitchen and large outdoor fire pit. Plenty of room for large groups and families. 2 adult bikes! Large home with room for multiple generations.

The Space:
Wildflower Getaway is a beautiful 4-bedroom 2.5 bath home. When you open the door, you'll walk into a cozy living room equipped with two comfy leather couches, a gas fireplace, and a TV that is hooked up to an Xbox 360!

If you take the stairs up, you will find the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and a walk-in closet so you can bring all the luggage you want! In the master bathroom there are his and hers sinks with a vanity in the middle separating them. It also has a double shower in it. You will have all the room you need to get ready before you go out and explore bend!

The second bedroom also has a king bed, and it overlooks the beautiful backyard. There is a spacious closet and an air mattress stored in there in case you need an extra bed! The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds, and, in their closets, you can find board games for everyone to enjoy!

When you get to the kitchen you will immediately notice how much room there is. It is a beautiful open space granite countertop and a very large double door refrigerator. We highly recommend this home for holidays because the kitchen has enough room to cook an entire Thanksgiving feast! It is also eqquiped with anything you could ever need while cooking including a kitchen-aid mixer. In the dining room you will see a sizable dining table that can fit 8 people. It is positioned right in front of the sliding glass doors so you can look out to the stunning backyard as you enjoy your meals.At the end of the kitchen there is a second entertainment area. It has a large TV and a snug and warm couch. There are so many diffrent places you can find within this home to relax.

The backyard sits on half an acre and is fully fenced in. Enjoy watching the chickens in their secure coop and you can even collect the eggs for breakfast! Enjoy the outdoor BBQ gas grill and cook up a feast for an outdoor picnic! Let the kids and dogs play as you relax in the hot tub. Play sports and games on the grass. There's even a park (Pine Nursey) within walking distance that has a huge playground and a whole disc golf course! Or if you would prefer something a little less physical, take a lap around the Pine Nursery Park Trail (1.4m). If you have little ones with you, the trampoline zone is a 2-minute drive up the street. There are so many things to do near this home you'll want to come back again and again!

Guest Access:
Parking for four cars is available, four in the paved driveway. Guests have access to the whole house and garage. All outdoor spaces are open and we highly recommend you use them.

Wildflower Getaway is in a cute family friendly neighborhood in East Bend. Close to Tumalo State Park, Sisters and the Crooked River out towards Prineville. Pine Nursery Park is across the street!

Gary and I (Tisha) grew up in the Sunriver area and have since moved to Bend. We enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer, specifically the outdoors. We have two Labradors; Jacobe 12, Kiko 9, they are our best buds and go everywhere with us. We are avid campers, hikers, we love to fly fish, read good books, drink good beer and wine and most importantly spend quality time with all of our special nieces and nephews.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property specifically because of the outdoor space. Although it is a lot to take care, it provides us space to spread out. We have put some good work into the home, remodeling all of the bathrooms from bottom up, planting a garden- including the wildflower garden. The neighborhood is quite and the neighbors are friendly. Pine Nursery has so much to offer and is directly across the street from us!

What makes this property unique

The outdoor space- no one in bend has a back yard like we do, I'm not kidding you. Plus the 1000sqft deck with a hot tub, lounge chairs and a huge firepit with seating. The indoor space is just a unique, there are 2 living spaces, so the kids can be in one and the adults the other is you are traveling as a family. There is a cute little front porch where you can hang in the shade and watch the day go by too.
