Walking distance to downtown Ketchum, this gorgeous 3 bedroom/3 bath Timbers townhome is located in the "Gem Streets" less than 1/2 mile to the River Run Day Lodge and ski lifts. With Baldy views, central HVAC, and an Association hot tub, this is a perfect Idaho vacation property year round.

Entering the MAIN LEVEL of this 1,732 SF townhome, you are welcomed to an open floor plan with wood floors and high ceilings, leading out to the balcony overlooking Main St., with Baldy views.
GOURMET KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a center Island with 2 bar stools for counter seating.
DINING AREA: Adjacent to the kitchen and living area, the dining area seats 6.
LIVING AREA: Enjoy mountain views while relaxing on the sectional sofa or cozy leather chair in front of the gas fireplace and huge flat screen TV.
BALCONY: Access the balcony with Baldy views, gas grill and 2 lounging chairs (seasonal) from the sliders off the living area.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: All of the bedrooms are also located on the main level.
Bedroom 1 - master king suite with flat screen TV and en suite bath with dual vanities, soaking tub, glass shower and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 - king guest suite with en suite bath, with glass enclosed shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3 - twin guest bedroom with 2 twin beds; guest bath with glass shower located in the hallway.
The LOWER LEVEL consists of the mud room and laundry room with full-sizes washer and dryer.
Access to the private, heated, attached underground 2-car garage is on the lower level as well.

Additionally, guests may enjoy the Timbers shared HOT TUB after a day on the ski slopes.

MOLLY'S PROPERTY IS IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR BOTH LIFT AND TOWN. HER HOME IS CLEAN AND WELL APPOINTED. SHE WAS QUITE ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL AND PROVIDED INFORMATION WE NEEDED TO MAKE OUR STAY SEAMLESS.

Beautiful view condo in Ketchum!!!

Molly's condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. We came over for our wedding and we could not have picked a better place to stay. It was even better than the pictures and the location in town was perfect. Molly was an amazing host and you can tell she takes pride in her home. Our bernese mountain dog even felt at home there. We will definitely stay at Molly's home again, she helped make our wedding trip amazing!!!!!!

Perfect for skiing

Two couples stayed here for a ski trip in February. Our location was perfect, very short drive to the lodge or downtown for dinner. The condo was very clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here for a return trip!

Crowley stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Timbers. The location is fantastic, short walk into town and across the street from the ski area base River Run. And the condo was fantastic with beautiful views of Baldy.

Very happy with our stay

The house is a large 3 bedroom with new amenities. Perfect for a larger group. We stayed for a week with our 1.5 year old son, my sister and mother-in-law. The two bedrooms have full bathrooms while the 3rd bedroom shares a a full bathroom with the living room/kitchen - so perfect for 3 separate groups. The owner was very responsive and very accommodating (we requested late check-out as our flight left at 4pm). The house is close to the mountain (~5 to 10 min walk) and to the town (~10 min walk). Easy for us to walk over and have dinner and walk back. Really happy with our experience (hence the detailed review). I will gladly stay here again with our family.

Beautiful, comfortable, well appointed

My husband and I stayed here as home base for our daughter’s wedding. It was perfect in every way and worked well for the wedding party to get ready. It also had some good photo ops! We will definitely book again. The manager, Molly, was great to deal with too.

Great Time in Sun Valley

This property was quite nice. The complex was well maintained and easy to get to. Good location, just a short walk up the main road to get into town. Getting to River Run was walkable as well, though we chose to drive the 2 minutes. The unit itself was well appointed, well maintained and per the description. The rooms were sizable and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't use many features (television, hot tub, fireplace), but they were all there. Working with Molly prior to and during the trip was a pleasure. She was accommodating and responsive and did everything to make the trip easy and enjoyable. We go to different mountains every year, occasionally repeating, so not sure when/if we will be back to SV, but if we do, I will be looking for this unit and owner. Zero complaints, nothing but positives to say.
