We look forward to making you feel at home in our completely remodeled 3BR/2BA condo that uses elegant European furnishings and tasteful Alpine architectural details that set off the beautiful mature trees facing the living room. The soft honey-colored Fir/Larch wood paneling seen throughout the house and the wide-plank bleached pine wood floors give you a cozy mountain chalet feel while letting in the bright sunlight so famous for Sun Valley.
We offer a self-check-in. A week out from your arrival, I will send you instructions and a code for the keyless door. Check-in is after 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.
Our upstairs cozy master suite with an ensuite bath/shower offers soft wood paneling, pine floors, and sophisticated blackout drapes. A 55 wall-mounted LG smart HDTV can be viewed from your queen-size Euro pillow top bed. A portable AC unit and a ceiling fan are provided during the summer.
Downstairs is a twin-bed guest room wrapped in red French toile wallpaper and matching blackout curtains. Our second twin bedroom is an Alpine, charming, built-in wood-paneled children's bunk bedroom with blackout curtains. Fans are provided for downstairs bedrooms during the summer months.
The downstairs bathroom has an ample, modern glassed-in shower area with a large hydro-massaging shower head, a custom-built-in sink with an Italian white marble countertop. There is also a functional laundry closet equipped with a large stack Bosch washer and dryer.
The kitchen is compact but well-equipped. There is a five-burner gas stove, a complete set of gourmet All-Clad pots, a microwave, a dishwasher, full dinner service for 12, and a Nespresso coffee maker.
The living room is a cozy, well-appointed room with a dining and seating area. A backlit built-in bookcase has a 42-inch wall-mounted swiveling Smart LG and iPhone dock speaker (good for most devices).
Additional amenities include a 570-square-foot wrap-around deck with Adirondack seating and a dining table for up to 5. The noise ordinance for Ketchum is quiet from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
We also offer a heated storage room with a private locker for ski equipment and an outside bike area.
While we pride ourselves on the quality of our interiors, we recognize that our condo building, built way back in the 1970s, needs upgrades. This year, the HOA put up a new dark grey metal roof. Our next HOA project is to give TLC to the exterior. Please excuse the look of our outside until it is finished.
