Full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, porch, off-street parking (3 cars max). Beautiful views. 0.3 acre property.
The Free Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) bus and "town" bus stop is a 10 minute walk from the home. These buses go to the town of Crested Butte, Mount Crested Butte ski area, and Gunnison.
Restaurants/bar, coffee shop, liquor store, convenience/gas store all within walking distance.
