Mountain Home Sleeps 12
New mountain home 6 miles south of Crested Butte in quiet neighborhood near free bus to town and the ski area, and Cement Creek access to National Forest and hiking/biking trails.
Includes main floor master suite with queen bed, private upstairs bedroom with double bed and double futon, and a spacious, partially finished, walkout basement "bunk-room" with double bunk beds, 1 queen bed, plus 2 single beds. The basement includes a kitchenette and a full bathroom.
Full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, porch, off-street parking (3 cars max). Beautiful views. 0.3 acre property.
The Free Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) bus and "town" bus stop is a 10 minute walk from the home. These buses go to the town of Crested Butte, Mount Crested Butte ski area, and Gunnison.
Restaurants/bar, coffee shop, liquor store, convenience/gas store all within walking distance.
We are local owners who have lived here for 4 years. Love it!
