The house has a beautiful view. The neighbor was quite and was perfect for our vacation. It was well appointed with everything needed and the beds were very comfortable. . I highly recommend this property.

Great location. House was great, excellent setup, well laid out rooms and common areas for numerous folks. Clean, great feel and most excellent views! Hot tub was great. Lots of towels and all the amenities you could need.

This was the perfect home for multiple families. Cozy and very clean. The bunk room was great for the kids and gave them a "place" to hang. The fireplace in the kitchen is wonderful. The kitchen was very well appointed and we especially loved the filtered water from inside the fridge. The views were fantastic and the hot tub was a hit. We had a short drive to both the town and the mountain and had a wonderful holiday!

Wonderful property!

Our family from Texas so enjoyed our stay at Riverside Eagle View! Everything was so comfortable and home is just as pictured! The views from the living room and deck are awesome! We made special memories with our children and grandchildren and plan to return. We enjoyed Crested Butte and CB south area! Kimberly was excellent with her communications to us. Outstanding property!

Wonderfull

We were in town for a wedding and booked this place because of how many bedrooms it had. It was wonderful. Had everything we needed and it was all easy to find. The bedrooms were cozy and there was plenty of space for everyone to get ready for the wedding. A short walk to the free bus stop made it very easy to get in and out of Crested Butte without having to drive. Mornings were beautiful and very peaceful and the hot tub was great as well.

Great property, unreal views of river and mountains, really stunning. It had everything we needed. If you’re doing any big meals the kitchen is pretty small, but well equipped. Great hot tub. We did get a complaint from the neighbors for being noisy out there after 10pm (sorry!) so be aware of that. Great outside deck and bbq. Owners were very helpful and communicative. Great location closer to Crested Butte than Gunnison but easy drive to each. Would definitely recommend!

Such a lovely hideaway.

We had a group of six adults who came for a week of UTV exploring around Crested Butte / Taylor Park (pro-tip you can access the Taylor Park trail system via Cement Creek/ the trail head is quite close to this property and its a beautiful trail) We found the property clean - well supplied with kitchen utensils and dishes. The ladies with us appreciated the upscale appliances. The master suite and two bedrooms with queens fit us all easily - and there are two more bedrooms with beds for six children/ teens making it a good choice for bjg family outings The hot tubs has a nice view of the river and Crested Butte Im sure we will be back.

Great VRBO -Property Mgmt Needs Assistance

We had a group of 12 and stayed Thu-Sun and loved the place! The VRBO was well stocked, in a great location, and had a hot tub with incredible views! It overlooks the river and is simply fantastic. You're about 20 min away from CB Ski Resort, which was a great location for us.The only negative we had with this VRBO had to do with the water heater. On Friday, we found that the heater had broken and we had no hot water at the property. Kim (the owner) was great with response time when we asked for assistance; however, the plumber was apparently out of town and the property management company didn't have a backup available. Thankfully, 6 members of our group were engineers and we were able to determine the cause (we think) of the issue and get the heater working again. If we hadn't figured this out, the trip would have been a very different story with no hot water and no plumber available to fix it.I doubt this same issue will happen again, but I hope this review will prompt the property management company to have staff on-call to assist with property related issues in the future. But again - this place was great and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

A great property for our family The highlight for the grandchildren was a bunk room with bins of Legos, toy trucks and Magnetiles The view out the back and over the river was very relaxing
