Elegance on a budget! This quiet third floor end unit has spectacular ocean views from throughout the condo. Our air-conditioned condo overlooks the beautifully manicured grounds with unobstructed ocean views. The kitchen has concrete countertops and top-end appliances. Our condo offers everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday in paradise. The condo is beautifully furnished. Comfy slipcovered sofa, inside and outside dining. New linens, fluffy towels. You can look out to the ocean and mountains while relaxing in the king-size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower for easy accessibility. The open kitchen and living room area opens to the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. A washer and dryer add to the convenience of the unit. There is cable TV in the living room and the bedroom. There is a safe for valuables. Beach towels and snorkeling equipment, cooler and boogie board are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available in the condo.

This small ocean front complex reflects the style of old Hawaii with well-maintained, lovely grounds and all the conveniences of home. This safe, secure complex has a great barbecue area with picnic tables where people gather for friendly conversation or to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner. The pool is heated and surrounded by lounge chairs and tables. There is a sandy area adjacent to the ocean where one can bask in the sunshine in lounge chairs or enjoy the shade and cooling ocean breezes while watching dolphins, whales and turtles. This is a NO SMOKING property, with no smoking allowed on the lanai or the grounds. The condo association requires a 5-night minimum stay.

A convenience store with a deli, beer, wine, newspaper, etc. is 100 yards away. Town is about 1 mile away with restaurants, shopping and a great farmers market where you can find pineapples, papayas, mangoes, avocados, bananas, and lots of vegetables.

The aloha spirit of the people here add to the overall enjoyment of Kona Isle. This truly is paradise!

Incredible week in Kona!!

Exactly as we anticipated our stay to be! Condo was clean, the owner incredibly responsive, right on the water where you can enjoy golden hour every night from your own private lanai! Easy short distance to Kona and some fantastic restaurants. Complex is quiet and relaxing and the grounds and pool were immaculate. Chairs and umbrellas both at the pool and also down on the sand near the water where you can relax and snooze with the sea and a great book! Thanks Christine for a fantastic stay in paradise- we will be back!!

My partner is having some health issues that limited our ability to leave the property as much as we normally would. He was so happy to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean on the days he couldn’t leave. We saw dolphins several times from the lanai and the sunsets were gorgeous. When he would nap during the day the beach out front was a great place for me to sit and read. You can hear the waves all the time but especially at night. We both slept so well, the bed is very comfy. It’s a cozy space but we felt very comfortable for the two weeks we were there. It’s an older complex but the grounds are well maintained, the grills are the best ones I’ve ever seen in Hawaii! We would stay again, happily.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was the perfect spot to hang out in between events. The lanai was an absolute gem and the perfect spot to catch a sunset. The pool was refreshing and the grounds were fabulous. We would definitely stay again!

Everything and then some...

We loved our 6 nights at this special spot. We arrived very late so waking up the next morning was a beautiful welcome. Very quiet small complex which is exactly what we were looking for as we needed to decompress from our work schedule. The unit is great, every we needed and then some and the bonus of having a/c was a great way to live comfortably during our visit. We would come back and stay again on our next visit. Can't go wrong with this space and location. Dream goals were met and appreciated.

Nice place, fully stocked

The place was nice. We found the beach chairs, towels, and snorkel equipment helpful so we did not have to rent them. The place is a short drive to the beaches and downtown Kona. The air conditioning came in handy since some days it was 89 and no breeze at night. There is a convenience store next door which is helpful for food when we did not feel like driving to the grocery store.

Location was perfect. Literally on the ocean. 3rd floor balcony. Beautiful sunsets. Extremely clean. Nice washer and dryer. We really appreciated the foil, plastic wrap, spices, little coffee & coffee filters & closthes detergent pods to get us started for our week. There was ice maker in freezer. The pool was nice and the little sandy area just before the rocks to the ocean were great too. We can't wait to visit again.

Without doubt the nicest place we’ve ever stayed —- anywhere. Agree 100% with all the reviews.

Nowhere we’ve ever stayed via VRBO or AirbnB comes close to Kari and Greg’s beautiful condo. Nor have other owners been as communicative and responsive as Kari. We’ve come to Hawaii 20+ times over the years and their condo tops everything. Their place is the best unit in the complex—-quiet, right on the water, awesome views. We own a timeshare on Hawaii and this was an extra week to enjoy the island. Hope to return here often and will tell all our friends. As others have said, it’s newly remodeled, equipped with every conveience and the kitchen far better stocked than we’ve ever seen. Great Location & Perfect for a Couple

It's all about the view....the pictures of the condo are accurate; however, they really don't do the view justice. There was always space to lounge by the pool or beside the crashing surf and we never had to wait for a grill. The only quibble I have is that the upholstery on the sofa and ottoman is looking tired, faded and ripped and snagged in places. A throw had been artfully placed to hide the wear on the sofa, but it needs to be replaced soon, nonetheless. Christine did send a message after we checked in indicating a new sofa cover had been ordered but would not arrive before we left. I would definitely stay here again if this unit were available.

A Superior Condo

Here are our thoughts on your fine condo. For the size of the condo it is very comfortable and well laid out for two people. You have put in a great amount of thought into stocking the kitchen and providing the necessary toys to make the stay very pleasant and for this we command you on your effort. We used the air conditioning only in the late evening for the condo stayed cool through out the day with a breeze from the open windows. The view from the lanai will not be forgotten, the location of the condo is the best I have ever stayed in. The Prosecco was a vert nice gesture and we thank you for it but we left it for the next guest because a cool beer on the lanai was the beverage of choice. The grounds were immaculate and we did thank Brian for the work he does. I wish to advise you that the toaster does not have a working inner element so toast was only made on one side. Flipping the bread toasted both sides. If we were to come back this is the only place we would consider. If our friends inquired this is the only place we would recommend. All the reviews we read are very positive so please be proud of what you have done for your guests. I once again wish to thank you for providing such a beautiful place of stay and any correspondence with you was always prompt, pleasant and entertaining. Ron and Darcie

Our PLEASANT February stay

We found your property and condo very delightful. The condo had most everything we needed for cooking, had plenty of towels for personal, pool and sun, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment. Even some basic spices in the kitchen, enough paper goods for most of the week which we refreshed before the end of our stay. Sufficient cleaning supplies and nice appliances. It took a couple of tries to understand the dishwasher and the washer dryer combo. All was in great working order . The nightly sound of the waves put us to sleep and the view from the lanai was Awesome as was the whale watching from the same spot. The property was quiet and pretty much occupied by our same vintage 😉👍 The manager is hard working and we often observed him cleaning the grill area, raking the sand and all around cleaning and maintaining the grounds. Very nice man and I’m sorry to have not asked his name. Parking was easy and all in all we would visit this condo again. We loved the little market walking south and across the street. All the vendors were so nice. The Ahi Poke bowl was amazing, so was the chocolate vendor, the Hawaiian soap, etc. I brought my Ukulele and enjoyed the sunsets as I played. The waves were pleasant and quite loud so I don’t think anyone else could hear my playing and that’s okay, lol. One drawback is that there aren’t a lot of routes to walk other than the busy Alii Road. Time to upgrade your sheets and the comforter was getting rather pillballed . Mahalo 💕😊🌴

Aloha, we are Todd and Christine Morrell. Todd and I have always dreamed of owning a home in paradise! We have spent many years vacationing in the islands and feel so blessed to have found the perfect home away from home.

Why they chose this property

The moment I walked into this condo I felt this amazing peace! It’s the best location in the complex! So private and quiet. Almost feels like you’re in a tree house. The grounds are beautiful and manicured. The lawn between the unit and ocean is so green and lush. I love love love sunsets and they are spectacular here. I can even see it from the bedroom! Oh and the sound of the waves crashing lulls you to sleep.

What makes this property unique

The condo has air conditioning in the living area as well as bedroom which is a huge plus in late summer. It’s also a corner unit and the breeze is always wonderful. You will enjoy a front row seat watching dolphins and whales from the lanai. There’s also a salt water pool adjacent to the property!
