Elegance on a budget! This quiet third floor end unit has spectacular ocean views from throughout the condo. Our air-conditioned condo overlooks the beautifully manicured grounds with unobstructed ocean views. The kitchen has concrete countertops and top-end appliances. Our condo offers everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday in paradise. The condo is beautifully furnished. Comfy slipcovered sofa, inside and outside dining. New linens, fluffy towels. You can look out to the ocean and mountains while relaxing in the king-size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower for easy accessibility. The open kitchen and living room area opens to the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. A washer and dryer add to the convenience of the unit. There is cable TV in the living room and the bedroom. There is a safe for valuables. Beach towels and snorkeling equipment, cooler and boogie board are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available in the condo.

This small ocean front complex reflects the style of old Hawaii with well-maintained, lovely grounds and all the conveniences of home. This safe, secure complex has a great barbecue area with picnic tables where people gather for friendly conversation or to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner. The pool is heated and surrounded by lounge chairs and tables. There is a sandy area adjacent to the ocean where one can bask in the sunshine in lounge chairs or enjoy the shade and cooling ocean breezes while watching dolphins, whales and turtles. This is a NO SMOKING property, with no smoking allowed on the lanai or the grounds. The condo association requires a 5-night minimum stay.

A convenience store with a deli, beer, wine, newspaper, etc. is 100 yards away. Town is about 1 mile away with restaurants, shopping and a great farmers market where you can find pineapples, papayas, mangoes, avocados, bananas, and lots of vegetables.

The aloha spirit of the people here add to the overall enjoyment of Kona Isle. This truly is paradise!

You can't find a better view on Alii drive. The condo is set up perfectly to enjoy your vacation. So nice to sleep to the sound of the waves....

Great location and well appointed unit. While repairs are being done to Unit C stair towers, they are desperately needed for Unit E stair towers also. Metal brackets anchoring posts as well as framing angles that support beams are extremely corroded.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and super clean! The ocean front view was amazing & peaceful. The sunset every night was breathtaking. We saw whales & spinner dolphins from the lenai! The Kitchen has everything you need to make your stay feel like home. Unit has a washer and dryer that was very nice to have. The shower was great, has a rain shower and hand held shower head as well. Does have a hair dryer so you don't need to bring one. The location is great, its close to restaurants & shopping by car. There is a private pool & beach & right next door is a public salt water pool that is fed by the ocean & incredible waves that is never very crowded. The Owners were very responsive if & when needed. We highly recommend this property! We will be staying here again when we come back to Hawaii! *We stayed here in January. The weather was in the high 70's-82*

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was the perfect spot to hang out in between events. The lanai was an absolute gem and the perfect spot to catch a sunset. The pool was refreshing and the grounds were fabulous. We would definitely stay again!

Incredible week in Kona!!

Exactly as we anticipated our stay to be! Condo was clean, the owner incredibly responsive, right on the water where you can enjoy golden hour every night from your own private lanai! Easy short distance to Kona and some fantastic restaurants. Complex is quiet and relaxing and the grounds and pool were immaculate. Chairs and umbrellas both at the pool and also down on the sand near the water where you can relax and snooze with the sea and a great book! Thanks Christine for a fantastic stay in paradise- we will be back!!

The view

The view is worth going up and down on the stairs for the 3rd floor. The sunsets are amazing from your balcony. The sounds of the ocean through out the condo.the condo is very clean and had everything you need for the beach to the pool. The bed is comfortable . I would highly recommend this condo.

30th wedding anniversary trip

Why they chose this property

The moment I walked into this condo I felt this amazing peace! It’s the best location in the complex! So private and quiet. Almost feels like you’re in a tree house. The grounds are beautiful and manicured. The lawn between the unit and ocean is so green and lush. I love love love sunsets and they are spectacular here. I can even see it from the bedroom! Oh and the sound of the waves crashing lulls you to sleep.

What makes this property unique

The condo has air conditioning in the living area as well as bedroom which is a huge plus in late summer. It’s also a corner unit and the breeze is always wonderful. You will enjoy a front row seat watching dolphins and whales from the lanai. There’s also a salt water pool adjacent to the property!
