The small and secure family residence ‘FIOR 50 offre offers you a haven of freshness and rest with its two swimming pools nestled in lush greenery, including a children's pool.
On the Costa Verde, 45 km south of Bastia and Cap Corse, the town of Santa Maria Poggio is located 2 km from the seaside resort of Moriani Plage and just 800 m from the sandy beach of Vanga di l Oru.
The mini villa with an area of 62 m² on 2 levels, facing west, has very good sunshine. The living room is extended by a 12 m² terrace overlooking a green area away from any noise and close to the swimming pools; it has 2 spacious and bright bedrooms.
For even more space, we offer it for 4 people only and possibility of an additional baby cot.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus (Reihenhaus). Schöne Anlage mit Pool.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer sowie den beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend, so sind z.B. zwei Fernseher vorhanden, einer im Wohnzimmer und einer in einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, kleinem Ofen, vier Kochfeldern, Toaster, Espressomaschine etc. auch umfassend ausgestattet. Viel Platz hat man allerdings nicht in der Küche aber dafür ist der Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer umso geräumiger. Sehr angenehm ist, dass es eine gesonderte Toilette neben der Eingangstür gibt, eine zweite befindet sich im Bad im OG. Das Bad ist super mit großer Dusche mit Regenduschkopf und Handbrause. Die Terasse ist komplett ausgestattet mit schönen Balkonmöbeln (Tisch und 6 Stühle) sowie 2 tollen Sonnenliegen. Außerdem ist ein Weber Elektrogrill vorhanden. Die Anlage selbst bietet eine schöne Pool-Anlage mit 2 Pools und ausreichend Liegen. Der nächste Strand ist ca. 2 km entfernt, mit dem Auto 3 Min. oder zu Fuß ca. 25 Min. Weitere Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ziemlich direkt hinter der Siedlung beginnen die Berge, man kann hier tolle Wandertouren unternehmen, die auch anspruchsvoller gestaltet werden können. Es gibt in der Umgebung ausreichend Restaurants verschiedener Ausrichtung, eines ist sogar in Laufweite, so dass man auch mal einen Wein ohne schlechtes Gewissen wegen der Rückfahrt genießen kann. Ebenfalls gibt es ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlenswert. Nicht zuletzt auch, weil sich die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter nett, unkompliziert und zuverlässig gestaltet.

Notre séjour chez Mr et Mme Platteaux

Nous tenons a remercier Mr et Mme Platteaux de nous avoir loué pour 15 jours leurs superbe villa en Corse. La maison est très spacieuse avec ses 2 chambres ( de nombreux rangements) et sa salle de bain à l'étage ( avec un toilette !!! très pratique la nuit) et au rez de chaussé un toilette, une très belle cuisine( avec lave vaisselle, lave linge ..etc) , un salon salle a manger ( TV, internet et mini chaine ) qui donne sur une belle terrasse avec store et parasol sans vis a vis car immense pelouse devant.Le tout dans une résidence sécurisé ( portail avec code d'accès ) ,parking devant la villa et piscines ( enfants et adultes).Le tout situé dans un endroit proche de la mer avec ces belles plages et paillotes ou l'on y mage bien et pas cher.Nous avons passés 15 jours superbes ..A refaire

Sans oublier l'équipement nécessaire et adapté, clim et ventilateurs, l'indispensable tire-bouchon/décapsuleur pour l'apéro, et même seau et flûtes pour le champagne ! Bref un séjour inoubliable sur la Costa verde qui ne manque pas de charme et d'atouts (superbes paysages entre mer et montagne, nombreux artisans et producteurs vin, huile olive, noisette et châtaignes...) et qui reste un peu plus "sauvage" et sans un flux touristique oppressant comme d'autres lieux plus prisés sur l'ile. Un séjour réussi pour notre première en Corse et certainement pas le dernier.
