Completely renovated apartment, located on the 1st floor in a quiet residence in the city center. It consists of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a loggia with clothes line, a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a TV, internet. An 8 m2 terrace with garden furniture with a view of the town hall park. A cellar available to store bikes and other equipment. Located near the old town: museum of Corsica, its citadel and its belvedere. 10 minutes by foot, departure for swimming, hiking, climbing and river descent in the Tavignano and Restonica valleys. 45 minutes by car, access to the beaches of Balagne and the Eastern coast, walks in the Vizzavona and Niolu forests and various adventure trails, climbing, via ferrata, canyon, mountain biking.

L’annonce correspond au logement. Le gîte est très bien situé près du centre ville, avec une place de parking facilement accessible. Le gîte est très propre, bien équipé, bien décoré et bien aménagé. La climatisation est appréciable. Le balcon est un atout car il donne sur la mairie ce qui garantit le calme.La propriétaire est facilement accessible et très sympathique. Belle expérience, à louer sans hésiter.

Super appartement au coeur de Corte

Beau logement au 1er étage sans ascenseur. Depuis le balcon, vue sur le parc de l'Hôtel de ville, donc pas de nuisance sonore. A 200m à pied du centre ville et des commerces. Corte est parfait pour des départs de randonnée. Logement très calme, climatisé, propre, très bien équipé. Literie très confortable. Place de parking privée. Hôtesse très sympa, pleine de bons conseils et de petites attentions (miam, les confitures maison !). Arrivée et départs faciles, communication fluide. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement ET son hôtesse !

Très agréable séjour à Corte

Location très bien placée, appartement conforme à la description, de 2 grandes pièces avec, pour le séjour, une grande loggia donnant sur la verdure. Parking extérieur privatif. L’appartement est calme et pratique, un peu ancien mais très bien équipé (sauf absence de lave-vaisselle (comme mentionné dans l’annonce) et portes intérieures fermant un peu difficilement).

Les hôtes sont très accueillants et extrêmement accommodants. L’appartement est clair, spacieux et offre tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la citadelle et à 5 minutes à pied de tous les commerces dans la charmante rue principale de Corte.
