The Tahitian Pavilion Talmont Saint Hilaire Port Bourgenay Vendée

The Tahitian Pavilion has been available for rental since 2008 on Abritel.
It is located in a private residence located a stone's throw from the sea in a very family-friendly seaside resort (near Pierre & Vacances). 400 m from Port Bourgenay and 1 km from Veillon beach (classified blue flag Europe each year). The protected site of the Payré estuary is classified as the first remarkable site in Vendée. Entirely decorated in a Tahitian style, this pavilion has a very appreciable exotic vacation side. Its enclosed garden allows you to fully enjoy sunbathing or family meals!
(Wild coast, salt marshes, estuary, Pointe du Payré, forests and dune), the place remains unique!
Certain, we even forgot to take back their car during their stay !!!

Le positif : *maison tahitienne du sol au plafond, la thĂ©matique est dans les moindres dĂ©tails * l’emplacement est parfait pour profiter d’une crique oĂč la baignade est sans danger avec des enfants * le port bourgenay est accessible Ă  pieds et propose des animations chaque soir (concerts, feu d’artifice, marchĂ© nocturne) * prĂ©sence d’un lave linge * rĂ©sidence trĂšs calme avec emplacement de parking * bonne situation pour visiter la rĂ©gion * maison adaptĂ©e pour un couple et deux enfants s’ils sont d’accord pour dormir ensemble dans un canapĂ© convertible * maison relativement fraĂźche malgrĂ© les 34 degrĂ©s extĂ©rieurs

Petit pavillon trĂšs chouette et bien Ă©quipĂ© (barbecue, cafetiĂšre, TV, vaisselle, chaises longues, machine Ă  laver...) Confortable pour 2 personnes, dans une rĂ©sidence trĂšs mignonne. A pied: 5mn du port, 20mn de la plage Plusieurs commerces Ă  proximitĂ©. Attention, on ne peut se baigner qu'Ă  marĂ©e haute Ă  la plage de Talmont mais la balade en forĂȘt qui longe le bord de mer est trĂšs sympa. Le port et ses restaurants valent le dĂ©tour Ă©galement.

Juillet 2014 Merci Nicolas pour l'accueil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Talmont Saint Hilaire. La proximité de la plage du Veillon est appréciable, tout autant que le confort du pavillon et le calme de son environnement. Petit plus : Ménage trÚs facile à faire. Nous reviendrons assurément en famille

WE au pavillon tahitien

Nous sommes revenus ravis de notre week-end Ă  Talmont Saint Hilaire. Il se trouve que Nicolas Ă©tait au BrĂ©sil lors de notre venue mais il nous a tout de mĂȘme rĂ©pondu et a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actif ! Le petit pavillon est trĂšs mignon, proche du port et de la plage et bien Ă©quipĂ©. IdĂ©al pour un week end entre amis ou en amoureux ! Nous le conseillons vivement et reviendrons sans doute. Allez y !

Super pavillon Ă  tahiti

Nous avons reservĂ© la maison de Nicolas de la veille pour le lendemain sur un coup de tĂȘte! Et nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© déçu! Tout Ă©tait parfait! Ce petit "pavillon tahitien" a tout pour plaire. Il y a une superette, une boulangerie et mĂȘme une poissonnerie Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate! et la mer Ă  10 minutes! Tout se fait Ă  pieds... Nicolas a pensĂ© Ă  tout mĂȘme au couteau Ă  huĂźtre! ;-) Bref nous avons passĂ© une super weekend dĂ©paysant Ă  moins d'une heure de chez nous!
