SUITE DETAILS (sleeps 4 adults & 2 children)
Approximately 600 square feet, the 1BR suite is luxurious and comfortable. Furnished with modern décor and thoughtful amenities, including a living area and kitchen. Two sleeper sofas can accommodate four additional guests. 2 flat screen LCD TVs offer satellite cable. The private balcony has lush, green jungle views. Extras include twice-daily maid service, international direct-dial phones, hair dryer, iron, electronic security boxes, A/C and ceiling fan.

The bedroom contains one king or two queen beds, a flat screen LCD TV, and sitting area with fold out sleeper sofas. The marble bathroom is accessible from both the living room and bedroom and has a separate shower and soaking tub. Complimentary shampoo and lotion.

Enjoy in-suite meals at your own dining table. The kitchen has a blender, microwave, mini-fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes.

LOCATION
Located on the Riviera Maya, the resort is 25 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes from Cancun. (Free ground transportation from the airport to the resort). Visit nearby Playa del Carmen, or hop a ferry to Cozumel snorkeling, craft-shopping, and tasty cuisine. Explore ancient ruins in Tulum and Chichen Itza. Adventure opportunities include a zipline tour, swimming with dolphins, or rafting down an underground cave!

BOOKING DETAILS

Arrival dates can only be Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. This is important. You may book your vacation up to 6 months in advance. There is a $50 administration fee that needs to be paid at the time of booking. The vacations are booked for weekly intervals (7 nights). Normal retail price is $580 per night. We have provided pricing at $200 per night (member pricing).

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN BOOKING THIS PROPERTY VIA TURNKEY VACATION RENTALS
TurnKey has partnered with a luxury Resort to bring you exceptional Mexico vacations. Once booked through TurnKey, you will receive a confirmation from the resort (7-10 business days after the initial TurnKey booking). This will include detailed information about the resort, the suite, and amenities.
Approximately 2 weeks prior to your check-in date, a final Arrival Confirmation with your reservation number is sent (which you will present to the front desk at check-in). The resort requires an ID and passport that matches the name on the confirmation, and a major credit card. An authorization will be placed on the credit card at check-in for incidentals.
Special room requests can be made (but not guaranteed) at front desk during check-in.
FEES
It is customary to leave a daily tip for the maids in your room; a 50 peso note (about $4.00 USD per day) is the suggested amount. Passports are required for travel to Mexico, including children. This is a cashless resort; all room charges and fees are paid upon check-out.
A $50 resort fee will be charged for each weekly segment (1-7 nights). For example, 1 to 7 night stays will be charged $50 total resort fee and 8 to 14 night stays will be charged $100 total resort fee. Extra amenities and services (e.g. spa treatments, golf, etc.) are payable at the resort.
While at the property, you may be asked to attend a tour on the benefits of owning a vacation plan with this resort. While you are not obligated to attend the tour, the resort offers some very nice incentives to do so.
