Authentic Beachfront Mexican style Villa with palapa roof. Our vacational property has $2,580 sq feet.
Very spacious and private right infront of swimmable Cerritos Beach, best Pacifico surf break! Miles of white sand to walk, swim, boogie board, surf and chill out in the sun !!
This is our little oasis with non-stop warm sunny weather.
Walk out the front door to the sandy beach and and the stunning Ocean view!
Relax yourself into the resort private pool and hot tubs.
The resort complex also has restaurant and bar and parking lot.

The house kitchen is fully equipped. Cook your own meals or ask us for private chef service.

Great!

This was our 2nd time at the house and it was fantastic as always. You absolutely cannot beat the location and the hosts are so helpful. As an example, the first time we stayed the house had a bbq. When I asked about if the house still had a one, a bbq just showed up a few hours later. Right on the beach, access to a great pool, we’ll be back!

Our Second Time Here- We really enjoyed it

We enjoyed this location and property as we did the time prior, but there are a few things we'd note that would make it even better if we opt to come back. We'd love for the extra Master Bedroom (smaller one) to have a more comfortable mattress. It was very difficult sleeping on the current mattress. We would also appreciate that the description in the listing is clear or updated about what is and isn't available in the amenities (there was no BBQ as listed and we had to request more chairs and another umbrella since there were only 2 for 8 people on our reservation when we arrived and the office manager then got us a total of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas which we made work). We truly appreciate the space and the location, as it is a perfect beach spot we would just like to be assured with the amenities that were listed that we paid for are there, or that it's communicated that they are not available any longer. The management team are very responsive and we thank you for making sure we had enough bottled water! We had a great time and we hope to make it back again sometime!

Overpriced and under served

Obviously its on the beachfront, so thats great! but the place was not very clean and we did not have hot water for the first 2 days we were there. The lady who we were supposed to call came by and said the boiler was off, and now its back on, but then she pretty much blew us off after that and we struggled to get hot water. There also were no beach towels, as were listed on the property, among a few other maintenance related complaints. All in all the place is great but I think they need to address the maintenance and have a talk with the cleaning crew.
