Villa Piazzas is located right on the Beach and will charm you from the moment you walk through the grand entry and up the sweeping staircase to the master suites, each with private terraces and splendid beachfront views. Its Italian-inspired architecture and luxury amenities compliment the gorgeous white sand beach, private pool, palm trees, song of the water, and magical sunsets. Restaurants are nearby. Excellent swimming beach when the tides are right, and only a short walk to the surf break.

Enjoy the luxury kitchen and dining areas, vast living room, fireplace, and three suites each with a private bath and patio or balcony, swimming pool, and vast outdoor terrace.

Mike Also offers fishing excursions out of Punto Lobos (approx. 15mins from the VIlla). Mike can arrange your fishing excursion complete with boat, tackle and know-how to get you on the fish so you can experience something you'll remember forever. check out the pictures of some of Mike's guests who took him up on a memorable fishing trip!

Great Mexico stay

A great location right on Cerritos beach with lots of room. 6 of us stayed there comfortably. Saw whales from the back deck, swimming beach nearby, and close drive to lots of locations to explore Baja. Mike set up a fun fishing trip to catch 7 Dorados out in the open ocean. A great host, highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

We recently visited Mike’s place - 4 of us (best friend and our adult sons). Ted who was managing the property met us on the drive in and totally took care of us the entire time. Mike “hooked” us up with a friend of his and we had an incredible fishing experience (37 tuna) and then a chef (Sergio) who was amazing both as a chef and host. All around awesome time. Oh, and yes beautiful place right on the beach - tons of room. Love to come back .

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Piazzas, Mike is an exceedingly attentive and gracious host in a lovely spot on the beach in Los Cerritos. The house is spacious and well laid out for couples and families situated on a wide, glorious beach on the Pacific. Mike organized a fishing expedition for us on which we caught many 20+ lb dorado, very exciting and rewarding, great eating! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Family vacation

We had a beautiful weeklong stay at the Villa Piazzas. Mike was very responsive to all inquiries leading up to our arrival and needs throughout our stay. The house is situated in a relatively remote area, so a car is necessary to drive to places to eat, but the kitchen is well stocked with equipment if you prefer to do your own prep. Mike supplied us with enough coffee for the entire week which was a nice touch. Thank you Mike!!

Amazing place right on the water!

Villa Piazzas is a truly beautiful home. Everything feels very high-end and you can’t beat the sunset views over the ocean. Mike (the owner) is great, always responsive and he even brought us fresh-caught fish as a welcome gift!The home is spacious and has everything you need, like beach towels and cooking stuff. It feels very safe. It’s about a 30-40 minute gorgeous walk to Cerritos Beach, which has tasty restaurants, volleyball courts, and surfing.We used the house for a guys surfing trip and couldn’t be more satisfied!

An outstanding beachfront stay with comfortable beds and truly exceptional hosts.
