The Riverfront Retreat is a beautiful custom home nestled on 2 acres, only a couple minutes drive from downtown Buena Vista and South Main. Open a window and you can hear the Arkansas River flowing by in the back yard or take in the beautiful view of the water and countless untouched acres of BLM land through the wall to wall windows in the great room. Take a soak in your private hot tub and look west to take in the Collegiate Peaks or east to the Arkansas River only 100 feet away.

The home features a 2 car attached garage, main level laundry, fully appointed kitchen, dining room, great room, outdoor deck and master suite. In the basement there is an additional 3 king bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with one twin bed. With 4,300 square feet, the house comfortably sleeps 2 families (there is an 6 guest max).

Our boys love playing in the Arkansas River right in our back yard and we love enjoying the privacy of our property and the convenience to downtown BV and South Main. We look forward to hosting you and your family and friends!
