Enjoy world class white water rafting, relax and pamper yourself at the natural hot springs spa, hike 14,000 ivy league mountain peaks or hit the slopes with the kids all within minutes of our modern spacious home. This is an outdoor enthusiasts dream.

Collegiate Peaks Retreat has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, mud room/ laundry room, a main family room space and a movie theatre room. The house has a front and back porch, which include a grill and hot tub. The home is located on a sprawling 9 acres of property.

MAIN BEDROOM
1 king bed, a desk, walk-in closet & en-suite bathroom

SECOND BEDROOM
1 queen bed & walk-in closet

THIRD BEDROOM
1 queen bed, walk-in closet & sink/vanity

FOURTH BEDROOM
1 queen bed, closet & sink/vanity
*The third and fourth bedroom have a Jack and Jill bathroom, with separate, private sinks and vanities.

BATHROOMS
There are two additional full bathrooms in the home. One is located on the first floor near the second bedroom and the other is located upstairs in the movie theatre room.

Our bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper and hand soap. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner and other soaps.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with cookware and everything you need to prepare your meals. We provide salt & pepper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a sponge and trash bags. The kitchen table seats 6 and the island provides an additional 4 seats.

FAMILY ROOM
The family room includes an extremely comfortable sectional couch and a large flat screen TV. Guests may use the Roku device to log into their personal streaming accounts.
*Please note that guests do not have access to the wood burning stove due to safety and permit regulations.

MOVIE THEATRE ROOM
The movie theatre room is located on the second floor of the home. The room includes a giant screen with a projector, a dart board, bar, full bathroom and a couch.

BACK PORCH
The back porch has a hot tub, grill & 4 Adirondack chairs. The perfect place to relax!

LAUNDRY ROOM/MUDROOM
The laundry room/mudroom has a washer & dryer. Detergent is provided. We also provide an iron & board for our guests.

Guests will have access to the entire 4 BDR 4 Bath home including the movie theatre loft, washer & dryer and 2 porches with 360 degree views of the collegiate mountain peaks.

Guests do not have access to the garage or storage closet in the laundry room.

Guests also may not use the wood burning stove due to permit and safety regulations.

Please note and understand that we do not allow campfires.

All guests must drive the speed limit in the neighborhood, 10 mph, to avoid creating any dust.

We may not exceed 8 guests due to our short term rental permit. Parties and events are not allowed.

Additional guests camping on the property (including the driveway) is not allowed.
