Unit D104 (License Number: STR-079) allows pets and is 2 blocks away from Buena Vista's Whitewater park where visitors can kayak, tube, river board, swim, and fish along the Arkansas River. This condo allows for snowmobile truck and trailer pull-through parking right next to the unit.

This condo is also 2 blocks away from the Main street where visitors will find restaurants and shopping. This property is within a short walk to almost everything Buena Vista has to offer.
For those who are skiers/snowboards; We are 45 minutes to Monarch Mountain and Ski Cooper, 75 minutes to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge Ski Resort, and 90 to Vail Ski Resort. Also, Buena Vista is one of the best spots in the state for snowmobiling and snowshoeing.

COVID19 cleaning procedure are in place based on guidance from VRBO, Chaffee County public health and State of Colorado. This home is personally disinfected thoroughly before and after each guest.

The view!!!!

This place is great. The view of Mount Princeton and the surrounding mountains from the living room was amazing. When they say dog friendly they mean it. 10/10 will stay there again.

Birthday Trip in BV

The condo was easy to find and had great parking. It was in a great location, about halfway between town and the area near the Surf Hotel, allowing us to walk in both directions for just a few minutes to get to coffee, dinner, and the river trail. We were less than twenty minutes from Cottonwood Hot Springs, too. A great spot for a great trip!

Buena Vista with friends!

This property is located in a great place, close to South Main and original Main Street, that is walking distance. Also close to access the Whipple Trail hiking system. The property is very clean with a well equipped kitchen. And pet friendly!

Top Notch Accommodation!

We absolutely loved our stay here! First of all, it was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. I think they thought of everything someone might need during a stay! The location is perfect - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main St. and to the river front. Neighborhood was quiet. We would most definitely stay here again.

Property is a new condo--kept very clean in spite of allowing pets. Neighborhood is like most of Bunea Vista's newer areas--eclectic. Close to downtown and the river.

Family get together in Buena Vista!

The property manager contacted us the day before and the day of letting us know when we could check in and provided us with the door code to get in. The condo was clean and well laid out. There were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils so you could do your own cooking. It was located three blocks from downtown which made for an easy walk to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Wouldn't hesitate to return!

A nicely finished condo in a great location. Still open / construction lots surrounding the condo which taints the views a bit, but that is only temporary. We didn't spend much time in the condo other than sleeping, but it's stocked with everything you need for a great stay. It's clear the owner wants you to have a great experience! Highly recommend!

Just ok

We had some very noisy neighbors above us. This unit is no very soundproof. Also we were heating some breakfast burritos in the oven. The oven started pouring out smoke from not being cleaned. Had to air out unit. Cut our trip short because of the noise.

Great property!

We were very pleasantly surprised to find this lovely property available the week before our last minute trip. Ann was helpful and kind (like everyone in Buena Vista!) Condo had everything we needed. If you are looking for a fabulous view and super quiet environment, this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for a centrally located place with a very clean, very pretty interior and all amenities for a family of four, though? Perfect!
