Unit D104 (License Number: STR-079) allows pets and is 2 blocks away from Buena Vista's Whitewater park where visitors can kayak, tube, river board, swim, and fish along the Arkansas River. This condo allows for snowmobile truck and trailer pull-through parking right next to the unit.

This condo is also 2 blocks away from the Main street where visitors will find restaurants and shopping. This property is within a short walk to almost everything Buena Vista has to offer.
For those who are skiers/snowboards; We are 45 minutes to Monarch Mountain and Ski Cooper, 75 minutes to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge Ski Resort, and 90 to Vail Ski Resort. Also, Buena Vista is one of the best spots in the state for snowmobiling and snowshoeing.

COVID19 cleaning procedure are in place based on guidance from VRBO, Chaffee County public health and State of Colorado. This home is personally disinfected thoroughly before and after each guest.

This condo is a gem! It was extremely clean (and I'm picky about the cleanliness of hotels and vacation rentals) and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to easily cook for our family of five and the bathroom had plenty of space and lots of towels, as well as some complimentary toiletries. The washer and dryer were a huge convenience and made dealing with kids' wet river clothing easy! Beds were comfy, sheets were clean. We appreciated the family games that were provided. Although there wasn't ac, we were able to cool the place down easily with the box fans. Also, the location is amazing!! Just a few minutes walk to the river and to town. Lots of wonderful restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Ann was a wonderful host who was very easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this rental was perfect, the check in process was well communicated, the place was better than we expected. There was not enough info in the listing about how beautiful the town was and the surrounding area we absolutely loved it. The location was perfect it was back away from all the busy street stuff yet still had amazing views. My family had a wonderful time and if we ever venture to area again we will certainly check the availability of this rental!
